Lizzie's Laundromat

I love coming to this laundromat but this is the second time I've come and the machines don't work. There's no connection and when I put coins in, it doesn't work either and I lose the coins 😓 sad. …

I just recently started coming here and I'm more than impressed. The establishment itself is very well maintained. Very clean. Washers and dryers work great. But that's not at all why I continue to do my laundry here. The staff is excellent. Kate and McKenzie are above and beyond. Hard working. Great personalities. Very professional with a twist of personable! You don't find that anymore. Very knowledgeable (taught me a thing or two) they make this place! I honestly wouldn't have come back if it wasn't for them. Your staff works 10x harder than you equipment!

A laundry is a necessity, not luxury but Lizzie’s Laundromat needs maintenance in order to meet this necessity. The business is in high demand as it is the only one in the downtown and always busy. Lizzi, fix some of your machines and do something for the swipe machines, sometimes they read the card right away sometimes you need to swipe several times. Also, the place needs some ventilation otherwise it gets very hot in summer.

Advertise tap to pay but I get here I can't even do it can't use the app can't scan anything can't add card to the app that they have for the machines so unless you have a physical card or coins you cannot do laundry here

The laundromat is much cleaner compared to others I've visited. The attendants are nice and helpful, which is a big plus. However, the machines are among the most expensive I've encountered at a laundromat. The space is also quite small, and there often aren't many machines available. Today, two rows were out of order, and the cheapest machines were being used by the attendants. A major inconvenience is that if you don't have cash, the minimum amount to reload your card is $10, which is frustrating if you only need $3 for drying. The dryers themselves are standard, large machines. This laundromat isn't my first choice, but it's the only one available in Mansfield.

MacKenzie and Beth make this the best laundromat I have ever been to. My daughter just moved to Boston and has a specialized job that requires her uniforms to be laundered very precisely. I flew up to help her get settled and thought I would tackle her laundry, while she was at work. I was nervous washing her uniforms that cost thousands of dollars, but as soon as I arrived at Lizzie’s I asked for help, and I was beyond ecstatic with the help that Beth and MacKenzie provided. I was there for hours, and they were so patient and kind to me, especially since it was a Saturday, and they were super busy and hustling the entire time I was there. My daughter arrived to get it all packed up in her car, and Beth told her that if she needed anything, once I returned home, that she would be happy to help her. I then realized that there was a piece of laundry missing. Beth helped us look, but we couldn’t find it. I received a phone call once I had flown home, and it was MacKenzie letting us know she had found it, and she would hold it for us. Since I have been back home, my daughter has returned to do her laundry there again, and she told me how kind they both were to her too. I sincerely hope that these two women are being fairly compensated. If the owners read this I need you to know that help like them does not come easily. They are managing this laundromat like they own it, and that is priceless for you as an owner. They deserve a raise for their customer service that is producing reviews like this for your laundromat.

Very friendly staff, machines always clean, prices aren't that bad. I give the staff much credit for having to deal with the influx of different people. That are coming to the laundromat that are cultural different.

Stopped in today to wash my rugs. Stupidly forgot to turn on my washers and left. The staff noticed and took care of it for me. I am always so impressed with the staff here. Super friendly and helpful. The place is always spotless, too. There are good books and magazines to read while you are waiting. If you need to do laundry, this is the place you want to be! Thanks again ladies!

I must say ... This laundromat is quite distinct than all others. It's organized, clean, there are instructions and there's a bathroom! It's also updated with great washer/dryers and you can use a credit card. Thank you to those that go there and those that facilitate any of the doings.

There are plenty of different size washers and dryers. Staff helpful. Prices are higher than ones we go to in NYC. We used self-service that takes credit cards. Free parking lot.
