EZ CLEANERS

For 10 years, I’ve been a loyal customer. The last 6 months I been using them once a week. 2 weeks ago , they messed up my jacket valued at approximately $250. Being that they know me by name, I figured they would make it right. I did not leave the store, followed the store policy on the wall(got photo), reported to the staff, spoke to the Assistant Manager(several times/ video evidence) and got the run around. I given them several opportunities to make it right. I was last told by the Assistant Manager that they were going to pay for my jacket and that he would call me(4/28/25). I had to call him, received a bullshit answer/ got the run around(4/29/25). Now it’s time to take it to the next step. This is how the store treats a disabled veteran. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!

23.00 dollars for 2 Dresses I live off deaudaux rode and they aren't worth the gas it took to get there the lady had the audacity too say it was the material The dresses came from temu. GULFPORT isn't that small I won't be using them again for my budget cleaning needs!! Choose wisely GULFPORT

My God mother was leaving to go on a cruise today, she dropped her clothes off almost 3 days ago, and scheduled to be picked up later that afternoon. She went back twice to see if they were ready (which they were not). Today she had 2 more items to pick up before leaving, and they were still not finished. Very unprofessional, tacky, and lack of timely schedules being met. There buisness needs serious improvements.

Something was sprayed/spilled on a dress shirt that caused discoloration and then they pressed it. I took the shirt back, lady up front said the manager would call me. 2 weeks later and no call. They have used such heavy starch on a pair of pants they could stand up on there own. They have misplaced our dry cleaning, sometimes it is not done when we go to pick it up. We are done giving this place a chance.

This was our last time after using them for 6 years. Every time they say they’ve replaced a broken button they have NOT. Today I talked w/ clerk over the phone to make sure it was fixed. I picked up & ask if it had been repaired & she said yes she’d done it herself but couldn’t match it exact. Got home & it was missing a button. AGAIN

WORST CLEANERS and rude! They ruined my hubby's brand new pants...I sent them back through twice for pressing them to a crisp only for them to do the same, melt them, and crush the buttons. When they replaced the buttons they used cheap, ugly buttons and what looked like thick white string on these nice gray pants. They refuse to replace them. Also, they have crushed the buttons and damaged two of his shirts. Rude staff and they will RUIN your clothes! Stay away! Also, be aware that Hancock Cleaners in Waveland sends items to be cleaned there. Nicole who works there is an absolute doll but I have been repeatedly overcharged by one of the other ladies and she couldn't fix it. I just had to pay double. I'd have better luck at home with the delicate cycle.

These people who work here are very rude I called to see if my clothes are ready the lady took a deep breathe and was blowing. Then she said let me check then said no and hung up the phone. I will never return to this place after I pick up my clothes. When you are in customer service you can’t be ugly to people if you don’t like your job advise get another one.

Actually, zero stars. Not recommended. Sad when the hired help is more concerned and caring than the manager, who could seriously use some much needed customer service skills. First time there and WILL NOT go back.

They deserve no stars. How can an owner of a local business tell you that you can call the BBB and take them to small claims court? DO BETTER! YOU MAKE SMALL BUSINESSES LOOK TERRIBLE.

horrible rude obnoxious, damaged 5 of my tommy Bahama shirts over $150 each, quote did nothing never reimbursed ignored requests, damaged beyond repair, large brown stains, shirts worn once, warring don't use them never fix problems ignore them. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
