WaveMAX Laundry Cincinnati OH

I pay to use their drop off laundry service and over a year or more I have collected 22 returned missing socks. I put a pair in the hamper. I have never had any missing socks with 2 prior laundromats I used prior to this one. The staff are always polite and I will miss them but loosing 22 socks is a bit much.

I really like this laundromat because of the medical grade sanitation however I don’t think it works anymore and that was the main reason I drive all the way to this specific laundromat. The blue lights are not illuminated on the machines anymore. Very disappointing.

Everything is digital and they use reloadable cards that to work the machines, just like super laundry. BUT!! What sets this place apart from any other laundromat that I've ever been to is that they accept EBT!!! Seriously you can USE YOUR EBT CARD TO load money onto your reloadable wave Max card and DO your LAUNDRY!!! Did I mention this place is brand spanking new?!?? It's the CLEANEST LAUNDROMAT IN THE CITY GUARANTEED!!!

The woman who works there was so helpful. It was clean, and it did not take long. I'm definitely going to recommend to everyone

Nice ans clean very busy on Sundays. Great staff especially the African American lady that works very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is horrible they got tweekers working and constantly arguing with each other and a quarter till 10:00 they told me I was not allowed to fold my laundry because they had to leave by 10:00 I'll never come back here again

Great laundromat however the place is so small that you literally will have to fight to get a washer and dryer, especially on Sundays because it’s extremely busy unfortunately I had to go to take my business elsewhere because I was not able to utilize a washer dryer because literally every wash and dryer were taken. So I advise you not to come on a Sunday or else you’re either gonna have to wait or fight for a washer dryer and I mean literally fight.

Extremely clean! Bathroom was clean also.Tall blonde lady that worked there doing customers drop off laundry stopped what she was doing and helped me get a Wave Max Laundry card that I could use to load money from my credit card and also get a text to tell me when my clothes were threw washing. Even the dryers text me when my drying time was up. I'll be back! Great atmosphere and they had a big tv playing movies for everyone to watch from the tables and seats.

I haven’t been to a laundromat in years and I was truly dreading it! However, this place was amazing!!! Clean, first and foremost and the attendant was so helpful in letting me know what each machines capacity was, and how much they costs. She even helped me move my things around. I have a heart condition and was becoming winded. Also, all my clothes were beautifully clean, smelled good and the machines were incredibly fast! I loved the fact that everytime one of the wash or dry cycles had ended, I would receive a text. I would never go to different laundromat even though I have to drive 10 miles each way, it’s well worth it!!!!

One of the BEST laundry mats I have ever gone to. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. 20 minute wash, 10 minute dry. Made a chore that I was dreading actually enjoyable!!!
