Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry

The App is a horrible component to doing laundry at this chain. Connecting through the app is hit or miss(mostly miss) so if you plan on getting laundry actually done, best to bring a suitcase full of quarters. My patience is out.

I stopped here today to wash a rug that was too big for my home machine. I saw that there was a $20 hold on credit card transactions so I downloaded their app and attempted to put $ on the account and use the app to pay. The app said it did not go through because of possible fraud so I decided to use my credit card to pay. While my rug was washing I went to my bank account to see about the fraud and saw I was charged twice by tumble fresh. Then I attempted to dry my rug, swiped my card and loaded the drier and when I tried to hit start it said that the drier was in use. I looked to see if my card was charged and it was charged yet again their $20 hold. I left a comment card in their box since no one was present and brought my rug home do dry in my drier. My $6.50 wash ended up costing me $60!! This review may be amended depending on the response from the company.

Great first experience. Clean and easy to use washers and dryers. Nice amount of snack options and many different brand new (and clean!) seating areas so we don’t have to be super close to anyone!

Everything was fine, with the exception that one of our $4.00 dryers continued say that the door was open and it was not. Nobody is here to accommodate, which makes me very upset. Also, pay attention to the arrows that show you which dryer you have loaded before putting your money in, because the push buttons for change return have all been disabled. I think this is quite shady.

Staff was very helpful. Nice to see staff on site. Hand towel dispenser may need replacement. Very clean on a Saturday.

Spent 1000's here hut just realized why my 10 king sized comforters dint come clean i put on hot but its cold water everytume if im paying premium pricing i should get whats displayed

Very clean establishment, machines work great and easy to use, fair prices and specials. I love doing my wash at Trumble Fresh in White Bear Lake. I drive out of my way to go to this laundromat.

They have a jumbo washer that is big enough to fit my 8x10 (“washable” but sort of false advertising) rug in it!! The only mat I’ve found within 20 miles that does!! It was a little tricky to fixture out the machine at first, it said “error- door open” when the door was latched, but eventually it worked after I jiggled the handle and pressed “start again.” Do wish they had onsite staff but earlier I did call their customer service inquiring about machine sizes and the gentleman that answered the phone was very informative & professional! I’m assuming he is the owner. Thank you!

I was in the area and excited to stop. Large establishement. However, it was on a Saturday, and the place could benefit from a cleaning 🧹 mopping, wiping, etc. I utilized the $20 washer for 36 minutes on cold or 27 minutes on warm 🙄. I used one large dryer for $6.50 for 35 minutes; now, come on! I ended up paying $10 for 51 minutes. I end up finishing drying at home. Overall, the location is accessible, but the place would benefit from having an employee on the grounds to keep up with things. Several television programs keep up with the news. Cons: pricey/ somewhat messy Pros: large dryer $ washer.

Price posted on dry $4.75 my checking account shows I was charged $20! That's a little odd.

This is the third time I come and the credit card option hasn’t been available, why have it if it’s never going to work?! Both online in the app and on the machine multiple cards tried all came back with “can’t communicate with card services” and it’s impossible to get a hold of someone either in person or by phone.

20$ for a load of laundry? I'd rather buy new clothes. Straight robbing people

The entire Laundromat smells musty, because they leave all the washer doors shut so they can grow mildew and mold while not in use... There is FOUR, areas on top of the washer to put detergent....... …
