The Laundry Stop

I had a great experience with this business. I brought my comforter here to wash and dry because it's to large for my washer and dryer at home. I haven't been to a laundry mat in many years and my memory of how they work did not serve me well. I asked one of the team members for assistance. Her name is Kelly. Kelly is one of the best I have experienced in customer service. She was polite and guided me through the process perfectly so I could better remember the process. I then asked her for her assistance in completing the process because I was pressed for time. She provided me with a fair and reasonable price so I chose to have her handle washing, extracting and drying my comforter. I had no knowledge for the need to use an extraction device and I learned something I consider valuable. If I hadn't extracted all the water from the comforter before drying the probability of mold growth was high. I'm grateful for that information. I would recommend this place of business to anyone seeking the use of a laundry mat especially with Kelly working there.

Husband brought 4 shirts to be pressed in Tuesday they were promised on Wednesday. He went to pick them up on Thursday 3pm they were not ready let the person know he was leaving in morning had a flight.She said she had been in Southfield? And would be ready today went at 5pm still not done . Told him she was open till 8 pm.So he brought them home. She was very nice and did refund his money. Still Very disappointed .

Great place to do you laundry! Always someone there to help you! If you do not have a washer or dryer or even if you do best place to go, lots of large capacity washers and dryers, And a big selection of smaller and middle size as well! Clean, friendly and recently updated , expanded and remodeled!! They run an amazing free dry special on Tuesdays, and have a great rewards program that runs year round! And as I mentioned before, there is always someone there that can help! From The seasonal decorations, to the small family owned feel this is definitely one of the best laundromats in Macomb county!

I pass 3 other laundromats to do my laundry here. Family owned and operated and knowing the history is cool as well. I normally go on Tuesdays for a great deal they have. The young man that works Tuesday is very helpful. He might deserve a raise wink wink. All kidding aside great business. I won’t go anywhere else. Oh I forgot a Defender or Galaga game would be Awesome 😎

1st time going to laundry matt, had long runner rug that needed cleaning. Cost $6.50 and person at desk was so nice and helpful! Will definitely be coming back!!

Clean, staffed, they do drop off service, open at 7am last load goes in at 8pm 7 days a week. Sm sitting area, laundry supplies you can purchase if you forgot yours. 6 min/ $.25 dry , $4.50, $6.50 and up to $9.50 for a wash

Nice and clean , The girl in the front Lidia is so sweet she helped me with the washer because I was having trouble. 100% recommend this place . Nice vibe

I accidentally left my keys in my coat pocket. After the washer started I could hear them banging around. In a panic I asked the young lady working there if she could help. She jumped into action and stopped the machine and got them out for me, then restarted my wash with no charge. She was so nice about everything. I felt terrible. She gave me a towel and told me take the fob apart and dry it out. She made me feel better. And yes my fob works! Thank you again for your quick action and saving my keys!

Our washers mother board just went. Came back to this lovely, SUPER CLEAN, friendly and nicely remodeled laundry mat. I have used in the past and I'm never disappointed! Thank you. Your staff is on it! Your soap dispensers are always clean!! And Free Tuesday drying. Wow! You are the BEST!
