EZ WASH N DRY - Laundromat in Arlington TX

The place was fearly clean. However, the service I received was more than undesirable. I walked in at approximately 8:30 p.m., and before opening the door, the representative said we were closed and started turning off the lights. I confirmed that they closed at 9 she said yes and started complaining. She said she was here working all day and that I could not wash. I, however, was able to wash this is my first time at a wash and ask for some guidance with using my debit card she said she can not because she is busy. This is the worst service I have received in ages. Please hear for yourself.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come here, I only come to wash my big comforters and blankets because they can all fit into one washer for under $11. I spend about $13 total to wash and dry everything when I come which is very good because if I take it to the cleaners I’ll be spending almost $25 a blanket and $35 per comforter. The staff is nice and today I was unable to see up on the washer to add soap since I’m so short and the attendant right away told me not to struggle and use the step ladder which I did. Very helpful! Place is clean, the machines wash really good, the dryers dry everything fast, and excellent prices!

It's literally my favorite place. I moved here in 2020, and they had a .99 per lb special going that initially drew me in. It was great because I didn't have a washer/dryer set yet. Once I got a set, I took my massage sheets there weekly. Then I moved, and I started just taking my large comforters there to be cleaned monthly. Now that I have a pretty full schedule, I still take my large comforters and my massage sheets. It's affordable, perfect on timing, and they send me reminders via text message when my order is ready (or left a few days). Highly recommend. Also, the ladies at the counter are very friendly, and I never have issues getting in and out. Almost 5 years, and I have zero complaints!

First time here, nice and clean. The attended Erica was extremely helpful. She walked me through all the steps on how to get a money card. I was very grateful for her help. I will be a returning customer.

Clean and quick. Also can pay via an app which is nice. The app will even show you how long until your loads are finished.

It is my first time here and right away I saw it was nice, clean, & organized even the machines are clean. You cant use change though just card or cash. It makes things easier and also this place gives you a card to keep to use each time you come for the washer and dryer. You add how much money to put on there.

EZ wash n dry was exactly as it sounds EEEEEASY! I was able to drop off my laundry (45pounds) to be washed, dried, and folded all for $60! The facility is very clean and organized plus Erica was an AMAZING help and super sweet !!

For a laundromat, it doesn't get much better than here in this area. Clean, good price, safe, and plenty off good running machines. They have a card system that works nicely as well. You load your card with money and then you use your card to pay the machine for your laundry.

Easy to get in and out, it's a great atmosphere. But I don't like that the customer has to clean whatever they use or I do because I have OCD

This laundry facility is always clean. I've been going here for almost 4 years and never seen it dirty. The manager here is so nice. Plus, they don't have a high employee turn over rate. In my opinion thats good. It's rare you see a machine out of order here.

I fell in love with this place because of the lady that helped me. I’m new to the area and the assistant saw that I was looking confused and instantly asked me if I needed help. She then showed me how to work each machine. The customer service is PHENOMENAL hands down !

Update on ez wash…. Clean facility, perfect. The dryers are not free, no problem, it’s .35 cents …
