Bladensburg 24 Hour Wash & Dry

this place is horrible they let you use your card to wash your clothes but you need quarters to dry your clothes (and you need 15 quarters to dry your clothes each machine) DONT COME HERE

The worst experience and customer service person I have ever encountered! First of all, I have patronized this business for years. It has always been my favorite laundromat. But today was totally an awful experience! I arrived to do my laundry. Unfortunately, as I was unloading my clothes from the car to the cart I had to use the restroom first, (urgently). So, I went in to find the attendant and asked if she would grant me entry to the restroom. She asked if I was doing laundry and I said yes but needed the restroom first before I unload. She ignored me and had me following her to the utility closet and rolling her eyes as if I was bothering her. She said something in Spanish to another customer and completely continued to ignore me. She asked me again, if I was doing laundry!! I told her repeatedly, "Yes, I am doing laundry" . She started yapping about others who misused the restroom. She started walking toward a door as I later discovered was the restroom. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for her to open the door to the restroom. She stood in the way momentarily as if blocking me, asking me the same question! I politely asked her to move aside. She was acting if I had offended her by asking her to step away! I was trying not to pee myself by this time. She was so rude and very unethical! I am so sorry to loose my favorite laundromat to such a woman. But I will never visit this place again. The man that worked here for years before her, I never had any issues and he always made a customer feel respected. What happened to that kind of customer service?!😟

I was waiting on my clothes to finish. Older guy started yelling at me walking to my car. Said he was the attendant and was accusing me of hsing the bathroom behind a dumpster. Mind you, I was walking to my car. And throwing some trash away lol. He kept staring at me and yelling at me everytime I went to my car and entered the building. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. He works here and is very aggressive and will approach you with outrageous accusations. Do not come here.

Although you can use a card to wash, some machines DO NOT respond to that and you have to change machines and lose detergent. This is NOT good business and machines should be maintained. The $10 machines wash well when they're WORKING.

Bin going here for years and the atmosphere is always great

They're a bit pricey, but I let it slide because they're open 24 hours so I can come at anytime. Water doesn't get that hot though. But ever since I found out that they use the baskets as trash can holders, I will not be coming again. It's not even specified! So it's not like it's certain one that he uses and can determine to use that one only. It looks just like all the other Carts. And the man had no respect when I asked him about it. He was angry and yelled at me.

Wasn't open old guy to me at 2am it was close but it says 24hrs, waste of time

My experience has been good so far bathroom for the customer is clean and they keep up with the machines not much broken.

The African old lady who works there at night is extremely rude she went off on me in front of my small child for no reason and was banging on a table out of anger her customer service is so poor and she is very rude I need to find out who is the owner of the place this woman does not need to be working here with this type of attitude and disrespect

I went early in the morning to try and beat as many people as possible. They have a problem with the air conditioner. I sat in my car during the wash and dry process.
