Multiple machines out of service. One complete row of dryers not working and not marked in any way. I put $ in to run machines and nothing. We told the attendant and she stated "those don't work" when we asked why no signage she said she didn't know. She was able to give a refund after phoning someone. Another customer who had a machine not work after depositing money was told sorry they can't do anything about it.

Big machines!!! The machines have a lot of water, good for cleaning your clothes.. I love the prices here, much cheaper than any where around.

Many machines out of order. Feels very dirty. The attendant was cussing someone on her phone when I walked in. I should have left then.
