Singleton laundry

Even though most here don’t speak English they are the sweetest and most understanding. I have a laundromat closer to me but I prefer to go here. The cleanliness, the hospitality, && all around love they show is outstanding. The only complaint I can come up with is, if you wanna purchase anything you have to have cash. Other than that, I LOVE it there.

If you don't speak Spanish, and especially if you are black, just don't come to this one, there are plenty others around the area. Can't believe my last experience there where the worker goes and start my laundry herself and then tells me I can't choose certain settings on the washer. If the option isn't available, say it beforehand and don't touch other people's stuff.

Been going there few years never any problems the last trip there was an issue when going to dry my clothes the employee came over to me and was rude and said only 1 dryer had some clothes had to been separated and use a separate one on lower temp the whole time she watched me but let other customers use as many dryer as they wanted without saying anything never had any issues with this employee until today visit second issue the time said on the door 8 am they had customers waiting the employee did not arrive til 815 on Saturday she told me they open at 730am not 7am but they have never changed it would not reconmond this location now it's going downhill will be taking my business somewhere else

I been coming to this laundry mat for years I’m usually not the one to make complaints but I HAVE HAD ENOUGH first thing first it is wayyyy to much favoritism being shown to the Spanish people this I been noticing for years they have two tvs but only have it on Spanish as if English people don’t want to watch television but what has pissed me off the most is they stay monitoring everyone that is not Spanish how many dryers they use today when I was drying my clothes the attendant ask me is these your dryers mind you I only had two the two I paid for because of me using the large dryer also there was plenty of dryers available she had the nerve to ask me can I take my clothes and put it in one dryer which I replied no I’m almost finish I was really upset she NEVER rushes the Spanish people and they need to WAIT just like anyone else I don’t understand why she came up to me in the first place when there was dryers available but didn’t do that with her Mexican buddies they really need to look into that I’m tired of the blatant favoritism and racism shown in the laundry mat they need to handle this quick it’s sad if they only want it to be their people they need to go back to their country so it’s not much diversity

Nice place to come and wash and dry yours cloths a giving company they give back to the patrons that come here imagine everyone did that. What a different world it would be. Plenty of parking Located in a highly visible are Kroger shopping plaza and plus there's plenty of amenities in all directions a thing to consider when out traveling.

Despite the business hours stating they close at 10 and last wash is at 9, you should arrive before 8. After that time they will start to lock the doors and refuse to allow you to wash your laundry. I think they should update the business hours to suit the employees better.

Great location and very clean machines! Gotta love the fact that it's free dry, major plus. About 50 washers/dryers, not too busy during the weekday, but definitely more traffic during weekends. Annoying when people don't keep an eye on their clothes drying and they sometimes let it sit there while others are waiting for a dry, so that's definitely a no no, but if you tell the manager then he is more than happy to help. Flat screens and clean restrooms, better than most other laundry mats.

The best. Been coming here since I got with my husband. The ladies there are always kind and the dryers are efficient. Try not going on the weekends though, as those are their busiest days.

First off not all of the machines work and the owners won't put up signs that say it is broken. Secondly the owners have a mask on sign on the door but they don't require it even tho there's no ventilation system on in there and they have the doors closed. They don't care about your safety or health. lastly all of the drying machines should be free. Update: went in on August 1st 2021. Still no mask mandate even though everyone has one in place again. Some of the machines stink like they don't clean the inside of the machines ever.

Put $5.00 in one of coin machines and oy got $2.00. Informed the attendant and she basically called me liar because it hadn't happened before. Only came here to wash a blanket that doesn't fit in my washer/dryer at home not to be accused of stealing $3.00 worth of quarters .Then, the attendant said would needed to look at the camera to confirm. Super annoyed. Eventually, after telling her there was no plausible reason for me lie about the change she gave me $3.00. Definitely not coming back here.

The lady that is supposed to be working in there watched my husband go to counter and never came to ask him if he needed anything but as soon as her own come up to counter she stopped doing her laundry and helped them. Couldn't even tell …

It is a nice laundry BUT there is this one woman that works there Sat morning with her kids. Today she literally took a folding table to set up her kids to eat and watch their tablets. She never wants to change the tv to something English all around pour service towards Americans

I love this laundry mat. It has new clean machines, friendly staff, free dry&&it’s very spacious inside. I am in and out in less than 2 hours. I love it here

Excellent laundromat. Clean, modern HE 2x-4x washers, friendly attendant, decent customers & neighborhood, good prices, dryers free. Used this laundry for 4 years.

A nice place to do laundry and also shop next door @ Kroger. I like the big dryers and the wash is affordable and the attendants are nice and helpful.

Lady was pretty rude. Right when I asked her for coins in my dryer she interrupted me and said she will do it soon. She never did and had to ask another lady.

I love doing my laundry here the staff is friendly the property is kept clean and I appreciate the free drying. This is the next best thing to doing my laundry at home.
