DO NOT GO HERE! This is without a doubt the worst dry cleaner in the area. They completely ruined my comforter—and to make it worse, they never even returned it. It took me forever to get in touch with someone, and when I finally reached the owner, he was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. No apology, no accountability, just pure disrespect. 0/10 — Absolutely NOT recommended. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else!

If you need sameday pickup dry cleaners this is the place for you, drop off early and come back in the evening to pick up. Amazing customer service Melba is my favorite. All my clothes is always done in a timely manner and the alterations lady Beatriz does a phenomenal job. I definitely recommend crown cleaners if you want good quality service on your clothes.

The best dry cleaner company ever. The staff ( Melba, Beatriz, Cecilia, Clarissa, ) is always courteous and Knowledgeable, and they take such a great care of my entire wardrobe. My clothes are always done when or before promised and I like that greets me by name when I come in. Thank you.

The only reason why I’m giving it one star is because the woman who attended me gave me nothing but ATTITUDE. It was uncalled for. I simply walked in to pick up my boyfriends uniform (mind you she was on the phone the ENTIRE time) and of course I checked to make sure the creases on the uniform shirt/pants were correct. I noticed that the shirt had the creases done incorrectly not like the directions that we gave them to follow. This hasn’t been the first time we’ve dropped off the uniform. So I take a picture of the crease and send it to my boyfriend and I also call him to see what he wants to do. Once I’m done speaking to him I turn towards the woman and she just keeps talking on the phone. After maybe waiting a whole minute she finally looks up at me and bursts out saying that she knew what I was saying over the phone that they follow a specific military crease and that’s just how it is. That she can send it back to the person who did it but it’ll look the same. She also emphasized that this is the 4th time that she’s dealt with my boyfriend and sending back the uniform shirts. Additionally she also mentions that the crease that he asked for was something that he wanted himself basically calling him picky and wanting it his own way. Well obviously we left you directions on how we want the uniform to look????? There’s no reason to burst like that. If this is an issue we can simply take our business elsewhere but there is no reason to act foul.

The devices of this place is terrible, the lady in the front desk was distracted when I dropped off my dress to wash and she wrote my phone number wrong. When I got there two days later for pick up they told me they couldn’t wash the dress because apparently it was (just dirty) and blamed me for providing the wrong number. Did nothing to help me get it washed nor care to apologize for the misunderstanding.

Quality and service first. The best attention ever. Really you can find a very good staff. Thank you to be so nice and genuine.

This place is super bad, the clothes you bring to this place are damaged and you don't get paid for them, the owner hides from the customers to avoid paying for the damaged piece, I don't recommend it.
