One extra star because there is a lot of parking and a lot of machines, but over all this place is dirty, hot, and the attendant was rude and looked high. Needed to come here because I let my laundry pile up and wanted to get it done fast with extra large size washers. They have plenty. And 4 total of the biggest load size. Which was 10 loads I think. Older building some maybe that is why it doesn’t get cool at all. Don’t come on a hot day.

Love to find little gems! This place is exactly that, clean and also entertainment Area for gamers lol! Machine are easy to download and understand the online pay by phone deally thingy! I give this facility five stars perfect location safer area at least send that way in day time lol! I travel all over the map so laundry mats are everywhere. UPDATE so every Thursday and I mean permanently every Thursday they are drying your clothes for free. Go wash your laundry at a place that is not only clean and well-kept and cost-effective, but really cares about you during these hard times of inflation.

Well taken care of. Makes you feel as if your clothes are being washed clean because the owner or attendant takes care of the facility with care. The dryers and washers don’t have residue. PLEASE READ THE SIGNS. There are guides in which machines to use, what you can or cannot wash. Our contribution to following the guides help the upkeep for those too. I loved the signage above each washer that indicates how many loads the machines can take. There are also energy/water saving machines. Don’t overload, use a larger machine. Great music playing too. The attendant or owner is so nice and helpful.

Won’t be coming here no more. Washing machine leaking. Called owner no one was here. He said to push back the clothes and he will restart it. I had to call him back he said it will take a minute he never restarted. I had to put are wet clothes in another washer. The lady finally came. She did give me my money back. But I won’t be coming back here. Or referring anyone here. No customer should wait. The owner did not do what he said he was going to do

Used to be cleaner. Washers and floors pretty dirty now. Going to be looking for another place to wash my blankets. And unfriendly staff now, don’t even greet you walk around like you’re at their house. Hot they don’t turn on no air or open doors it’s like a sauna

I suggest the DYI washes; I've used them before. However, I wouldn't suggest the wash-and-fold service. I had a bunch of blankets to wash, and I thought I’d try the wash-and-fold service to save time and energy. The $1.25/lb seemed reasonable. We went back to weigh what I had brought in. They put a 6.5lb metal hamper on the scale and didn't zero the scale - which I pointed out. After putting the blankets in the hamper, the representative told me the total weight. I said, “minus the 6.5-lb hamper, right?” She then tried very poorly to demonstrate/explain that she weighed it correctly by lifting the hamper AND the blankets off the scale to show me the scale was at zero. I tried to explain logically what the scale was weighing… the blankets PLUS the metal hamper. She disagreed and insisted that the hamper's weight wasn't included in the total weight of everything on the scale. I broke it down for her several times and in different ways. For example, " Okay, we take everything off the scale, and it shows zero. Then we put the hamper plus the blankets on the sale. What items are being weighed by the scale?” She just wasn't getting it. I let her know I wasn't going to pay to wash a metal hamper and that I opted just to wash my own blankets. It was the principal of the matter. I would have 100% accepted “That's the surcharge” or even a simple “That's the policy.” What couldn't accept trying to be convinced otherwise of something that any middle schooler, baker, or drug dealer would tell you? You always zero-out the scale when you are weighing something, in something. She was friendly throughout the conversation and even helped me pack my blankets. One by one we packed up the blankets as the weight dropped on the scale until only the hamper was left. Sure enough, together, we looked at a 6.5-lb hamper.

Last week the two Washing machines took money from my debit card but the machines not run so I called more then ten time for refund but didn’t get it. It’s fraud I am strongly not satisfied. bad place

I had to share my experience at Spin Cycle Laundry Lounge tonight. The last wash is supposed to be at 8:30 pm, so I was surprised when the "manager or whoever" started mopping the floors around 7 pm while there were still people inside doing their laundry. It was really disruptive, and when people had to walk around to grab their clothes, the manager was downright rude about it. Why would you start cleaning with more than an hour left and when people are still actively using the space? The entire situation felt unnecessary and disrespectful.

Love this laundry mat! Can't beat the prices, it's always clean & all r machines are fairly new! I get all my laundry done(4 people x 1 week) for less than $15!! I also❤️ the staff especially the awesome woman who works the day shift! My only complaints are the lack of chairs & they do not have any air conditioning at all... Just very large fans placed strategically around the facility. But as long as you get there early on hot days, it's not a problem. 👍👍 thumbs up!

One of the best laundry's ever I love going to this place I been going to this place since February I owners are super nice and friendly I feel like the golden rule is treat people how you wanted to be treated and have fun and enjoy your job love is love I love this place you guys rock plus the place kicks ass and the Rosa is a awesome hugger and great person
