Extremely hit and miss. Honestly take your sewing and alteration jobs somewhere else. In four years, they have butchered no less than 5 uniform jobs. And it's even the small stuff like badges and rank. If this place wasn't ran by AAFES and was a local competitor they would have been shut down long ago. Who is even in charge of managing this place? The quality is unacceptable. They have one great seamstress who has to fix all the mistakes.

Go here for everything. These guys have to earn a living, so of course your gonna pay some money for alterations and sewing. For 2 years now they have never lost my stuff, and when they say it'll be on said day... it's done. So idk, maybe new management. 5 stars for me.

Long story short - don't go here just because it is convenient. I paid over $120 for two uniforms to be completed and they were 4 days overdue. Not only would they not supply a managers number, they would not do a refund for the wait - which I waited an extra 2 hours for them to complete the order 4 days after it was due. Go elsewhere, like Sew-What tailors across the main gate - it's not worth it - they take advantage of Airman.

Absolutely the worst. Poor sewing quality and overcharged. I’ve had my stripes on for 31 days and they are already coming off, their policy is 30 days for returns. They wanted to charge me $11 to fix their poor quality sewing.

They had my plastic blues name tape done within 24 hrs. The BX was going to take 7-10 days!! Absolutely 100% pleased with the service I received.

Absolutely the worst. They Lost My Husbands Blues Then they try to give me someone else blues when i ask to speak with the manager the person never call me They lost over 200$ worth of clothes and they didnt even took their time to call to apologize they lost our trust for sure worst place ever dont give this people your money really poor custumer service.

Awesome folks here. They were able to make name tapes for me the same day with velcro attached. Even stay after closing to get em done. Hard to find customer service like that these days.

94 dollars for 3 sets of ranks (6 in total) and 1 shirt dry-cleaned. Stupid overpriced. Not worth the money AT ALL considering the prices directly off base.

They lost buttons on my blues then told me it was my fault. Sewed a coworkers stripes on I'm the wrong spot. They're also the most expensive place for alterations.
