DO NOT USE DROP OFF SERVICE HERE. After my usual spot closed, started using drop off at this location. Mostly for heavier items that I couldn't dry at home. I wasn't thrilled with how things were coming back, but it wasn't horrible. A couple of weeks ago I dropped off a duvet and two linen covers. One blue, another gray. Both came back TOTALLY BLEACHED. I went to speak to someone, not expecting full reimbursement, but to be made right somehow. Nothing. $320 of linens, destroyed. If this were a small mistake, I'd understand. But you folded and returned these to me KNOWING they were ruined, let me tip you well for the service, and said nothing. The manager inspected them, SAW the damage they caused, then pointed me to the no refunds sign, and did nothing to make this right. Despicable. Steer clear.

Look no further — you’ve found the best laundry spot on the block. Brendan and Amy are top notch pros who meet you with a smile from 6am to 8pm. We do drop off others do DIY - everything comes out perfect. We LOVE majestic.

Best wash and fold service in BedStuy. One of the neighboring laundromats which is much larger a far more expensive. I spent the same on wash and fold with this place as I would if I did my own. The price is so good you can’t really justify not going with this service.

People here are so nice and helpful. They treat their costumers very well. They’ll help you and make you feel at home. Prices are also very good and reasonable. Their drying machines wont shrink your stuff. Coin base so make sure to bring cash. Please go here and support them so they can stay in business!

This place is great. I drop off here, amazing prices, very fast service. One time I accused them of losing my pillowcases and they went back through the cameras and it turned out they did not lose them, I had forgotten them at home!!! For that reason I’ll always return

I came here for 10 years happily with Mr Kim. New owners follow you around and take out your still wet laundry from the drying machines. I will absolutely be going out of way to avoid this laundromat.
