Laundromate

This is my "GO TO" laundromat. Brooke is PHENOMENAL. She will go above and beyond to assist you in anyway she possibly can. She is not rude, disrespectful or unprofessional in any way, shape or form. She doesn't deserve to be treated disresectfully for any reason. Ya better hope I'm not in there if ya do.

Hours on Google Maps AND their front door state closing at 10PM. I arrived at 8:50PM and the guy said,"You can't come in because I start cleaning .... blah, blah, blah." I said, "Your hours are posted until 10pm. If you are not going to let people in (who knows when) but certainly at 8:50pm, then that's what should be posted. He got rocky. I left. Won't be back, that's for sure!!!

I always go do my laundry either Saturday or Sunday. And I've never bother by seeing the washer with green colors and mold but today 4/13/25, a Rude young white female was very RUDE. Me and my daughter been staying by the washer waiting on her or the other worker chit -chat with the other people that were not doing 🧺 👎. They both walk in and one of them start speaking Spanish to us and I replied WE are not Mexican,she rolled her eyes and walk to the other side and the Rude one just walk behind the counter and pretend she was looking for something.and after 10mints she came to us and asked what happened, I looked at her and explained that the washer keeps on showing needing $3 more dollars, I said no it doesn't, I already added 50 more cent and still showing $3 dollars ,somewhere in that washer it holding my 50 cents, she open the top of the washer? And grabbed money, that's probably y 50 cents but I.guess she needed money 😂, I just gave her $3 dollars and asked her why is that u guys seem don't wanna help, she replied did you ask for my help?? I said yes but you just walk behind the counter instead of coming to us and she was like well I have other business to run in here ( Well ur customer needs help) all she wants is.probably money.. 😂 RUDE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.... Funny how she referred back I GOT ANOTHER BUSINESS TO RUN IN HERE. WELL try to do multitask... Customers first and then your chatting next.

I have nine children and it's a struggle to get laundry done. I have alot. The young lady Brooke helped make it so much easier for me Thank you.

I was havimg trouble with the washing Machine and brooke help me out and actually showed me a trick how to use the washing machine and she was just nice and kind and appreciate she took time out from her foldimg cloths to help me inwould 100% recommend this place

Love this laundry mat. The laundry attendants are always so nice and helpful!!!
