The Clothes Spin Laundry

Bad business all around!! Went to do laundry this morning knowing it opened at 7am, I get there and it's locked!!! Waited for a bit and nothing happens. So I call the owner and I get no answer, so I wait longer.....nothing!! So I call him again and he answers, let him know the door is locked and if he can come unlock it . He says he's out of town and that the door unlocks itself, he says it should unlock soon. I wait and wait and wait, finally the door unlocks at 8am after standing outside for an hour I can finally do my laundry...so I load my machines and guess who walks in....the owner!!! I got no apologie whatsoever, a good business owner would have a little sympathy and maybe offer a couple loads for free. But nope

The remodel looks nice, and I've been doing my laundry there for about a year. However, the super cycle on the doesn't work on the big machine on the right. I have tried a few times in the past and again since the remodel, thinking since the price was raised for the wash, the buttons would have been fixed. So, yeah, I just stopped trying after losing money on it.

I would not recommend using this Laundromat. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I feel it’s necessary to inform people of how the business is being ran.. we have gone here for about 5 years and it was a great place until the new owners took over. Tonight was the third night that the doors were locked when we arrived 5 minutes prior to closing time to pick up our clothes. This is also the third time we called to have someone fix the problem and got cussed at, accused and treated poorly. We have also had the machines eat our money and when we called to resolve the problem we were called liars and not refunded... we are paying customers and honestly that’s a very unprofessional way to run a business. Once again, hate to have to leave a negative review but maybe it will make the owners rethink how they are treating their paying customers.

This place used to be nice but has turned into the worst laundrymat in town. I washed my clothes here, including some new white shirts for work and they came out dirtier than when they went in with nasty black dots from the machine. They obviously do not clean their equipment. I will not use this facility again. Go to Southgate laundry, the machines are always clean.

This place was wonderful. The only place open late enough to do laundry after work. Clean, organized and best of all, very affordable!! There was also a friendly gentleman that helped me thru my first time here. Wonderful!!

The price is. very reasonable and the washers and driers were clean. However the floor needed to be swept. There was crushed candy under the candy machine and candy pieces under a chair. There was hair everywhere on the floor. A person came in and took the money out of the machines. He left without sweeping even thou it was obvious it needed to be done.

So I put a load in the dryer with 4 quarters, 32 min cycle, and my cloths come out cold and wet. I called the number posted at the laundromat to let them know and get my money back. The guy is literally "you really want your money back, it's just a dollar". He wouldn't mail it unless I paid postage, and would only allow to pick it up in the morning tomorrow. Since I have a job that isn't an option. Very rude management. Machines are old and break down, I get that, but customer service is part of the job. Avoid this place, I'm going to.

Nice place to do laundry. Clean, and price of washers and dryers very reasonable. Wish it had more big washers though. I will be back. GET MORE CARTS ON PREMISIS, ONLY HAVE 2!!!!

Never had to use a laundromat before, but this is my go to place when needed. Always clean and tidy. Great music playing soon as you enter the door.

this place has the best prices around. always clean and machines always to a good job. they need to hire a guard tho cuz someone always breaks in and steals one sock. only one. haha
