State Avenue Coin Laundry

I have been coming here almost a year and never seen it this disgusting! Trash overflowing, lint traps full, carts everywhere, and a layer of dust across everything! The lady sitting and playing on her phone! Unless I can come a different day I may start going somewhere else!

I used to have them wash my clothes but they would not smell fresh even when I'd leave my own detergent. It cost too much for your items to not feel and smell fresh.

I won't do my laundry anywhere else. This place is great

The attendant was very rude and very racist i will never come to this place again you need to being back the old ppl that use to work there if i could i would give this place a -10

Very nice ...reminds me of the laundry mat at home... Decent prices...and plenty of washers and dryers.. I got in and out in less than an hour... Plus they had this game to kill time also Ms. Pac-man and old school Pac-man... Loved it

Only giving it 4 star cause the sign outside and inside says free dryers but inside it doesn't clarify which ones are free. I did ask for clarification after my review. The attendant was friendly and very helpful. Thank you. I changed my review to 5 because of that.

I love this laundromat!! I've been going to it off and on since 1999(24 years ago when I was 29 years old when I got my first apartment)when it was,Finish Line.This place is clean,quiet,spacious and there's never a large amount of people in there.The customer service is top notch!! Went in about 8:30pm people were smoking in the doorway, a woman attendant asked me strange questions and told me I had to get my laundry done before 9:30, so I said I would go someplace else, and she argued with me about leaving my laundry there for her to do it and I said no, but she continued to persist. I believe she was high on something, but I will not say for sure. All I know is I will never return. It felt unsafe as she continued to demand I leave my laundry there.

The good: There are many washers of different capacities. There is an attendant on duty. Many ceiling fans for air flow. Wash tub and cleaning rags. Good number of dryers. Relatively fair in cost of a wash or dry. The decor was pleasing. I like the wall signs and the plants. I could not tell if they were real so if they are then more kudos. What needs improvement: I spilled some laundry detergent. When I cleaned it up it was more than apparent that the floor needs a professional clean and buff. Some of the washers smelled of mildew and as if they needed to be aired out. The front of a few washers had what looked like mold in between the glass front. It costed $1 more if you selected the hot temperature. The washer didn’t spin the clothes well enough and were wetter than should have been. I used the 6 load washers up towards the front door on the east side. All in all this is a decent laundromat. This was my first time here. It does appear to be a very busy and well used laundromat. When I noticed a child taking off an out of order sign off a dryer and putting it on a working washer the attendant was on it. It would be nice if there was seating by the dryers.
