COIN Less LAUNDRY

I found a laundromat that’s clean and convenient, though it’s a bit on the pricey side! (I had a lot of laundry to do) It’s been ages since I’ve used one, but I chose this spot because I trust the brand. Plus, I love the card payment system—they have this cool machine, like an ATM, where you can easily load funds onto a coinless card!

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years and normally have a good experience. However, something very upsetting happened recently. I found a USED TAMPON in my laundry after using one of the machines. I don’t have a menustral. That is completely unsanitary, disgusting, and unacceptable. I came back the next day (7/18) around 5-6p so let the staff know, and instead of helping or offering any sort of apology or solution, I was told, “It didn’t happen today, so there’s nothing we can do.” I even offered for them to check the card that we use to do laundry statement’s to confirm I was there the previous day, but they dismissed me. She had told me I need to be checking inside the washers or dryers basically that it was my responsibility to check inside the machines before using them, which is frustrating because it’s the worker’s job to clean and maintain the machines throughout their shift. I know this because I’ve done training here before. I know you can’t get to every machine after every use but I feel like we could’ve went about this a different way. The only reason I had to come back the next day was because it was already very late and I had to head to work as I am an overnight worker. To be clear, the woman working the day it happened is always kind and hardworking—I have no complaints about her. But the woman working the next day handled the situation very poorly and made me feel like I was in the wrong for expecting clean, sanitary machines. I’m writing this review not just because I’m upset, but because I believe this should have been taken seriously. I was expecting at least a refund or some accountability—not to be brushed off. This kind of incident involves bodily fluids and should be treated with urgency and care. Unsure if I’ll be returning. But previous staff have always been so sweet (Francisca).

This one on 67th ave an olive is really small has no ac only wall units an fans on ceiling it's really hot in there an for some reason everywhere I walked the cleaning lady was literally in the way probably because it was reallybusy but either way she wasnt friendly or nice an had a bad look on her face. The washers only run for 20 min an at the other on 27th ave an northern they run for 30 minutes i didn't like this one on 67th ave an olive I honestly recommend u to go to the one on 27th ave an northern it's really big an there's ac an this matters in phx an the washers aren't shorted on there cycles

This is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. It is 104 degrees outside but it is nice and cool in here. The workers are very friendly and stay busy washing down all the machines. Very nice…refreshing!!! Five stars for sure. Plenty of machines!!

I been laundry at this location for year today one of the lady work here told me I have too many clothes for laundry she try to stop me and she said they close at 8:30pm and I came here 8:00 pm I don’t know what kind Bussiness hour for this Bussiness, if you are the owner you Guys should shut down the Bussiness because your worker don’t know how to manage the busines😣😣😣

This employee was so rude she was cleaning the fans instead of asking if I was done or not. She started talking to other customers in Spanish saying that I wouldn't move out of her way not knowing that I understand Spanish. I had 3-5 more pieces of clothing in the wash that was it and she said your in my way I'm cleaning here. I been coming to this coin less laundry room for over 10+ years and if this is how your changing your business it's time to find a new place. Because I'm coming from west Peoria almost in sun city and I know there are 4 that I pass up just to go there. Very dissatisfied with her language. Since they got rid of that one lady this place has gotten so much better every thing is cleaner the right way

Place was fantastic ..I have never been to a coin less and my dryer had went out that night..clean ..open..big..nice parking lot..big tables and chairs ..vending it was nice

Had to come since my washer was on the fritz. The reviews were accurate, this place is super clean and quiet. There is a lady that does work there all day to answer questions. Like why doesn't my debit card work. Yes, you have to buy one of their preloaded cards. The machines are new, floor is clean, highly recommend this place!

You need to separate the towels in order to dry them. We only put two in a dryer. They have been turned down I don't know how many times. Two bath towels a dryer and STILL are wet.... For 30 min at 2$??!
