Rainbow Coin Laundry

Decided to wash my clothes not at home for once, and the washer started pouring water out of the top. No number anywhere to call about water being everywhere. Person came in to grab their clothes from the dryer said machine next to it did it to them earlier but not so bad.

New floor newer look inside no single washers. All triple or quad load washers starts at 5.75 to 6.50 per wash plus 25 cents for 8 min dry Windows still broke and what not. But glad too see its not as ghetto as once was

I know reviews have not been great for this place, but it's really not THAT bad. I used the same machine that had the leaks in past reviews, no water for me. Maybeit was fixed, or maybe I was just lucky, who knows! I stayed nearby to watch my things so nobody stole anything just in case, but nobody was there but me anyway for 90% of the time. Washers and dryers are mostly functional, a couple of out of orders but nothing too crazy. Full disclosure, it is a bit expensive, running 23-27 quarters for a single wash depending on the machine choice, 25c for 8mins on the dryer. I did a couple of runs on the dryer, but they came out dry with no issue. I took a big comforter and clothes, everything was washed and dried within 2 hours total. I've been here before and it for sure was super ghetto but it has gotten so much better lately. Someone is actually caring, at least about these issues, and you can see the changes. An older gentleman came in and was collecting quarters, so there is SOMEONE here!!!!

This place is AWFUL. Seems run down, nobody manages the place, its clean but very sketchy. All washers list 23-27 qauters per old machine. no worth doing laundry here, South Point is better. We came here to South Pointe was out of change, this place was not worth it at all. No working bathroom light either

Choose this Laundromat out of three in the area... Big mistake, should have read the previous post from 3 months ago where the lady stated the washing machine started pouring out of the top that's exactly what the machine did that I used. One other patron in here would not respond to me when I asked if there was somebody to call , not one posting to report issues, when this happens as it poured all over the floor. I used multiple paper toweling and that was all I could find. Would never recommend this laundromat.

Please save your coins. None of their washers work, I plugged the washer full of money only to realize it was not functioning, Nor are any of the other washing machines in the facility working, and then did not get my money back. The place is absolutely disgusting, and the entire building should probably just be bulldozed to save people the hassle. Seriously, &$!% this place. If I could give zero stars I would, but it required me to give at least one star. They do not deserve the one star.

I'm still owed money from them, I filled out the form and never heard back from them.

It's convenient that it's 24/7... but thats if the machines are working and they dontttt take your money and not count it...not only have I had to redry clothes, its overly expensive as it is... I've had them take quarters and then not work... And ofcoure there is no contact to get ahold of anyone... its kind of a disappointment....

This place is no good! People steal children's clothes and others clothes. This needs to addressed. Half my oldest daughter panties were taken my bras and other items and some more of my oldest daughters clothes and towels. To the low life who felt the need to steal our stuff. May karma get you! ( How am I supposed to replace what you stole when I'm living on a budget 200 for a whole month) think before you take! This place doesn't even deserve one star at all.

Two of the four washing machines I use stopped Midway through the load. One machine left my clothes soaking wet. I had to put them in a bag to take them back home. the other machine stopped halfway through the load, then left my clothes in standing soapy water. there is no phone number posted in the laundromat to call anyone! I will never return. I am a camper and thought I had found a good place to wash clothes. Nope

Worst laundry you can find around. I’ve gotten at least 10 taken from me with either the washer not spinning water out, soap dispenser don’t work, or dryer doesn’t work. Left notes with phone number and name for refund but will never refund …

I would give it a 2.5, but I can't give half stars. Very ghetto, needs new tiles for the floor, and needs to fix a lot of washing machines and dryers!!! Price for machines is okay... but it can be cheaper. Usually encounter very interesting …

90% of the time the dryers don't work or will cut out in the middle of drying, so you start with a quarter and hope it starts and heats up or you just wasted that quarter or the machine heats up so you add more, and half way through it stops! And no you don't get refunded the extra money you give him!

About 90% of the machines have been down for over 2 weeks and the dryers that one lady did tell me worked, barely worked. It took over an hour to dry 3 small loads in different dryers. The washers didn't spin out enough water and the clothes were soaked. Don't go here.

Washer at home broke so i came here. Clean area and a cleen bathroom but Only had 5 washers working. A regular user let me know only 3 or 4 dryers heat. I took my laundry home to dry.

3 washers one cost 5.75 the other 6.75 both the exact same all 3 are small loads. 3.25 for the smallest one. Dryers 8 minutes per quarter what a rip off!

I have experience in this area it is Very expensive to operate a laundry mat just is..... so not surprised at lack of equipment however it was fairly clean the machine I used was operating well and the price on the dryer was very fair... …

The laundry detergent ripes you off, dryers ripe you off, and the water runs all over the floor from the washing machine. This places needs to be updated or shut down because it's a hazard.

24/7, change machine in the back. Usually clean and no graffiti. Six dryers have been there forever without being hooked up, and you take your chances on the washer completing a full cycle.

Clothes came out of the washer completely soaked as if the washer hadn't completed it's final spin.. and then 2 hrs to dry 4 pr of jeans and 4 shirts.Whoever owns this place COULD clean it up!! AVOID USING THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS !!!!!!
