Just had an amazing experience with the Barboursville location. I have been working through the planning and arrangements of my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to dry clean her pink dress for her burial. I was taken aback by the amazing customer service, quick assistance on the cleaning, and the kindness they showed for my circumstance. I will definitely be recommending and using Victor’s in the future.

Victor's did an amazing job in a very timely manner! I needed my wedding dress cleaned after I did the alterations. They cleaned it and got it done in 2 weeks!! Joanna was very meticulous and really took her time to make sure all of the stains were gone. I can't recommend them enough, a really fantastic cleaning service.

Service was great. Had a stain on my new suit and needed cleaned before attending an out of town family wedding 3 days away. Dry cleaning was done the day prior , which saved the day. Im grateful for the lasting impression. Ill be back soon!!! Thank you victors cleaners!

I have a wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and this was one of the places that could do the special cleaning. It took 10 months to get it back, so I didn't give it 5 stars, but the service was otherwise great.

My grandfather passed away Wednesday night. I took his blazer to Victor's Thursday morning. Not only did they finish cleaning and pressing it in just a few hours, but when I picked it up the refused any payment. With this one act of kindness they have secured not only my business, but the business of a very large and grateful Italian family in the Huntington area. Also the blazer looked great. It had been in a cedar closet for years and when I got it back it looked brand-new.

Always do a great job on our dry cleaning. They have replaced broken buttons, fixed bad hem jobs and removed bad stains so many times for us. We live 3 towns away now and still bring all our dry cleaning here.

Had a dress shirt press only on a brand new shirt. Had to take a steamer to it at home afterwards before I could wear it due to so many wrinkles in the front and across the back. Not sure what happened on that visit but this place has always done exceptional work.

Brought in a pair of pants with a slight stain in them. Picked up the pair of pants for them to tell me they couldn’t get the stain out which I was okay with...until I saw that the original stain was out of them and they had put a new blue stain on the front and back. Was still charged and a $80 pair of pants down the drain.

Love this place. Ladies working are always nice and polite. Quick service
