Northside E-Z-Way Laundromat

This laundromat should be shut down if nobody can maintain it. Lost $5.50 because of poor maintenance. Couldn’t even fill out sheet to get money back because there weren’t any. Floors filthy. Only two washing machines work. The machines that say they work, you put the money in them it then blinks it don’t work. Freaking unbelievable. I don’t even think I should give one star. Won’t ever be back.

Very poorly maintained, 1/2 the wash machines were out of order, 1/4 of the dryers were out of order, ALL the large capacity machines were out of order. Unclean, full garbages, dryer sheets all over the floor, dirty floor. I'd I didn't need it, I would have walked right back out..

The reviews are right.This place is terrible. Very dirty. Most machines are out of order. A customer took the time to sweep today, so as of now the floor is clean ish. Hope they upload a picture of what they found cleaning. Not even toilet paper in bathrooms. Obviously doesn't care about their customers in the least.

Definitely gone downhill. The place is very dirty—looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I would have gone somewhere else if any other laundromats were open.

1st time coming here and most of the washer machines and dryers are not working, I did’n know about the bad reviews that this place. Both of the coin change dispenser are out of order. Plus the restroom is dirty.

First, a good portion if not half of the washers are out of order. Then. I used the change machine. For 20 was supposed to give 40 quarters and 10 one dollar coins. I got the quarters, but no dollar coins. So it stole 10.00 from me. Don't even bother coming here

What a joke.....3 "working washers" that have standing water in them so your clothes come out stinking worse than they did going in!!!! The few dryers that "work" don't....came home with stinky wet clothes! Wasted my last $20 and have no clean or dry clothes to wear and my granddaughters need clothes for school next week, I'm not very happy. This is probably why the owner doesn't post the phone number cuz he would be getting calls all the time. If you happen to read this as the owner I would love my $20 back

I came here a few hours ago, and there was a man who appeared to possibly be homeless yelling at me as I pulled into the Laundromat. Concerned for my safety, I decided to leave. Later in the night, when I returned, I realized there was a lock installed by the gas company, shutting off the gas to the dryers. The homeless man was still there, using the bathroom as a living space. This place is basically abandoned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Update Jul 16 As of Tuesday, I checked on the laundromat. Sadly, it's still in the same condition as when I wrote the first part of this review. I wonder how long it will be until the water is shut off. As far as I know, the owner is in and out of jail.

Dryers don't heat up. I put one dollars to dry my cloths and I needed to toss a few more shirts in to dry and it already was running for 20 mins and nothin dry or even heat. Not impressed what so ever. So. Now I have to go to a different matt to dry my cloths and waist more money and my time before work tomorrow.. either fix your dryers or get out of the business. Oh and you have many complaints on your door posting fix your dryers. I guess you don't like to represent your business by having things working but sure know how to steal from hard working people who patronize your establishment.. don't every use this place. Back in the day they were good not anymore

Lots of machines out of order and the ones that worked, worked only on hot wash. I don't think they have cold water! Wanted to use cold water so it cost me $5 to figure out what was happening. I took my hot, wet clothes to 5 corners.
