Westwood Dry cleaners

Absolutely horrible experience. Owners are incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers. Would not recommend that anyone come here.

Downgraded from 5 to 3 stars. They overpressed a textured suit coat and flattened it/ made the lapels look worn. Also created a flat/lighter colored patch of fabric. Asian man in his 30s/40s (owner?) was very rude about it. Told me there was nothing wrong with it, like it was all in my mind. Then they fixed the patch and tried to charge me again for the fix. When I mentioned that he waved me off with the back of his hand “just go” he said. I won’t be going back. Disappointing because we went there for years.

I brought in a large comforter w/duvet cover and they estimated a few days to come and pick it up. However, I really needed it clean same day. I asked nicely and they were able to get it done. I was very pleased with their prompt service and they called me as soon as it was ready. I was extremely satisfied with their service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs dry cleaning services.

First two experiences getting dresses altered/hemmed were fine. Most recently, after dropping off a dress I had just purchased, it came back with some stains that were not there when I brought it in. While they assured me there was no way this happened at their store and must have happened beforehand, they cleaned it for me at no cost. The dress, picked up for the second time, was stain-free, but now with two new and very noticeable runs/pulled threads right across the front. Unsure of if/how it can be fixed and will not bring it in for a third time incase it comes back with another defect.

Used dry cleaning and laundry services for the very first time. Excellent service and quality in every way.

They are really good with the dry cleaning. However, you have to make sure you have all your items prior to leaving because on several accounts I had to go back to pick up items they didn't attach with my other clothes.

I was not satisfied with the services. I had graduation coming up so I took my white shirt to the Westwood dry cleaners because of its reviews. They told me that they would be able to remove the stains on the shirt and have it ready by the next day (day of the graduation) by 12. When I returned the next day at the given time, the shirt was not ready which was quite frustrating as graduation was in 2 hrs. However, I understand these things happen so I came back an hr later. When I returned, the shirt still had a stains. I had a conversation with them and the owner became furious and slapped his hand on the table. It was uncalled for. They charged me full price for this and my other garment (a black peacoat) and argued and got visibly angry when I even brought up the idea of a discount. Was unsatisfied by the services and they lost quite a few customers that day.

We have been using WESTWOOD for almost 30 years. The current family bought this shop about 2003 and we still use them, despite moving away from the neighborhood many years ago. Now up near Menomonee Falls, but still take the laundry to Westwood despite being 15 miles away. Always excellent service and quality.

The most recent reviews speak for themselves. Don't go here unless you want to experience the utmost unprofessional service. The owner is on one and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I experienced some issues with a couple of Alterations, and after voicing my concern, the Manager, Jason, apologized and quickly corrected the problem. This speaks volumes to me because I used to train Customer Service Mangers across the country for over 25 years, and the way he handled my situation was par excellence!
