Go elsewhere. Latches are weak on dryers. Can’t handle anything heavier than a handkerchief. The Latino owner aggressive and arrogant.

$5.75 for big washers $3.50 for regular washers $.50 for regular dry They do have a change machine and detergent machine. Came here because my dryer broke unexpectedly. I put $5.50 into a big washer and it suddenly stopped taking quarters, even after putting like 4 more in and pounding on it repeatedly to try to knock them loose. Ripped off. Tried a second big one and I put in $4 worth of quarters and then that one stopped taking them too. So immediately out more than $10 for nothing. I just about walked out but then tried a small washer, which worked fine. There’s only 3 small functioning washers. 3 small dryers on top. A few more large ones but I wasn’t about to waste another $10 gambling. The dryers work okay I guess. It took me two cycles (40mins) to dry a load of clothes and four cycles (1hr 20mins) to dry a load of towels. Absolutely sweltering inside. I was sweating after setting up three loads. Just an open door, no staff to talk to about getting my quarters back. Homeless guy reeking of urine sat in there asking for change. Sketchy for sure. Only come here if it’s an emergency or you have no other options.

Amazing prices, seems to have great management, takes care of crazy folks who come around when he can, I've seen him cleaning the place a couple of times. Just love the place. It's half a mile away from my home, too. The only reason it's a 4 star is because it's very sketchy there at times, but it's surrounded by businesses that can see what's going on, so it feels a lot safer because of that.

It's a sauna inside during the summer, but it's a good place to do laundry. The place is pretty spartan inside, yet the wide assortment of machines guarantees you can usually find a washer suited for the load. The washers are more expensive than other places I've been, but the dryers are cheap and only need $0.50 to start.

It gets the job done .. it’s clean and that’s all you can ask for ! I would come back here .. they have about 10 washers 5 are stacked washer and dryers !!

You guys, you're the only local laundromat, and after all the break ins, thank you for staying open. My one complaint? Even after the price increase? Stop playing Fox news on the TV....

New owners are price gouging, big washers are two dollars more than they were a month ago (now 7.50).

Entire place smelt like urine, it looked like none of the surfaces had ever been cleaned, same for the floor. The machines appeared to be in the same shape. Hair was trapped in the machines along with animal fur and who knows what else. There was a couple of folding chairs to sit in and that’s it. Overall disgusting, I’ll never be back and DO NOT recommend this place. You’re clothes would be better off being washed in the Duwamish river.

I did my laundry for the first time at Southpark Suds and was very pleased with the quality of the washing machines and how well they got my clothes clean overall very pleased with the experience will return here to do laundry in the future if necessary if you're in the area and need to do clothes I would definitely encourage you to check this place out give it a shot well priced and good quality of cleaning overall quality experience that I would recommend to others Tried South Park suds again and had another good experience this time it was even better due to all the snow there was nobody at the laundromat so it made it a great opportunity to get all my clothes done. Yeah!! My third experience at south park suds was ok

I'm new around the area and Honestly, been here 2 times the place is clean and I seen a guy cleaning constantly. They have large machines, which makes the process fast. I'll definitely come-back.
