First time service my boyfriend was getting two jackets altered for a business party and they did a great job. Quick turn around and expected price for expediting. Then we returned again and had them dry cleaned 4 gowns. Upon pickup, the original lady was not present and the gentleman in the back saw me but did not come to the front. While waiting another customer arrived and he still did not move to the front of the store. After awhile when the customer who arrived after me called out to him, he began to make his way to the front. She allowed me to go first and while he went to the back to pick up my gowns, I noticed one of them was severely altered. The flower embellishment has ripped off, the embroidery has been pulled out, and the beading is missing sporadically. He noticed my attention on the gown but decided to ignore it until I brought it up to his attention. He told me that it fell off BEFORE it went for cleaning and if I return next week they'll buy the parts to replace the missing parts. I said I need this by this weekend and if you didn't bother to fix it BEFORE I got here why would you fix it now after you initially ignored it? I decided to take my gowns home but not without him charging me FULL PRICE for the damaged gown. After some back and forth, it was just not worth the hassle. I do not recommend. I will not be returning. As much as I want to support small business since my family is mostly small business operators - I will not be supporting this one. Please take caution when using their service.

Took a coat in to be cleaned and Tysons Super Cleaners shrunk it. Would not do anything to compensate me for it. Denied responsibility even though the coat sleeves were shorter by 2 inches. I have patronized this cleaner for years and been a loyal customer. So disappointing to see such bad business practice when they made a clear mistake. Going elsewhere for my dry cleaning in the future.
