Kathy's Coin Laundry

I have always been treated well here. The employees are helpful and friendly. This has to be the cleanest laundromat ever and I have been to many. I also have recommended it to several of my friends. While no place is perfect, I am very comfortable here.

Seventy two washers, counted forty three out of order. Fifty six dryers, nineteen out of order. The drink machine is out of order. The chip and snack machine has an average choice, Typical with an average price as well. Clean establishment though. With an attitude like the response I got, it's no wonder you got burned out. Quit your crying cause you don't like the truth. A good owner would have said "after the fire damage we are working on rebuilding our establishment better than ever, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please come back once our repairs are completed." But you'd rather be bitter... I'll be back once I see a reopen sign...

The worst place in the world! I have never been approached and served in such a rude, prejudiced and humiliating way! I arrived to dry my clothes, only 9 pieces, at first a girl approached me and said "you can't dry your clothes here only on the other side, because the larger dryers give preference to those who are already here" until then everything was fine, but when I went to the other side a lady came speaking loudly, super rude saying that we could not dry the clothes there that we should remove the clothes from the dryer and leave the establishment. I was frightened because I had just put the coins out to dry according to the first lady's instructions. The lady started making a fuss and treating me in a humiliating way, I picked up my things and left, not understanding what the need was to treat someone like that! With politeness and kindness we can talk to someone! The lady was disrespectful and xenophobic in such a way that I left the establishment without understanding the need to be treated like that! Answer: Using the language of your employees as an argument is really meaningless, as they spoke to me in Spanish and that is how I responded to them, the fact that someone speaks a language fluently or not is not a reason to mistreat someone, especially because English is mine third language, the point was bad manners and the way your last employee treated me! All establishments have rules and I clearly understand, but politeness and respect come first! So if you want to talk about adult attitudes, let's talk about the lack of professionalism and bad manners on the part of your employee! If she had been polite and hadn't shouted and treated me that way but approached me in a normal way like any other person would have, there wouldn't have been any problem, I could have left, second point you need to check your cameras because I can show you the way she treated me all around, looking at the tone of her voice, so if you want to talk about adult attitudes, start with yours of knowing how to recognize your employee's mistake in humiliating someone unnecessarily, and checking that at that moment there were several unoccupied dryers ! Because if they didn't have dryers, I wouldn't even have stayed there, including two other employees who directed me to the smaller dryers and so I did. And please, have a minimum of character and don't use the lack of fluency in a language to make your employee a victim, no one makes the mistake of not being fluent in a language, but rather of not having education and respect for others!

Almost nobody here which is wonderful. Kind helpful service and everything is very clean. Also not super humid or 3rd worldly like many other locations. Even the machines are cleaned regularly. I'm rather impressed. 4 loads for 4.50 and inexpensive drying! Rather wonderful! Will be coming back more often. Supposedly Thursdays are the best days to come in if you don't like large crowds. I can work and do laundry comfortably.

The place is always clean and the staff is really helpful. Sometimes it gets busy, but that's because it's a good place to clean your clothes.

I use to be a loyal customer, for 11 years. If you like CockRoaches, Earwigs, Spiders, and other Flying insects. Ok! Almost Half of the Washers, And Dryers are OUT OF SERVICE! Sometimes their is an Awful Smell! And the Employees, ARE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and PREDJUDICE. it was STUPID of me to Go there because it was a convenient location. See Photos Below!

I've used Kathy's since their grand opening. I've literally never had an issue. When I go on I take on average 15 loads, including bedding and towels. Every single time, the machines work well at a reasonable price, the place is clean, and the staff is helpful. I moved 2 years ago but I still make the trip when I need a laundry mat. Also, my oldest who is 17 now wanted me to mention that they always have good kids movies on and she has good memories of us doing laundry there over the years.

Cheap rates to wash and dry clothes. Quiet area. Clean place, the coke machine doesn't work.

First time coming here. The washer is good. But the dryer didn’t dry all the way. Spend at least $10.00 to dry my two loads. And the lady was cleaning she was stalking every move I made makes me feel uncomfortable. Never coming back here again.

I use to come here since way back years and years when she use to have fresh brewed coffee on all time, its the best and cleanest laundry place I know, I have my children come wash there blankets here too.
