Quail Dry Cleaning consistently provides great service. Our garments are always freshly pressed and they always seem to get the stains out that we cannot do ourselves. We have been coming here for over 10 years. Even with us moving and now making my commute to the location about 45 minutes from home, we still plan to continue to come here for our dry cleaning needs. We know that we can always trust the service to be excellent, our clothes to never be lost, and the turnaround time to be prompt. Thank you Donnie, Ilynn, Laura, and the rest of the staff for always being courteous and taking care of us with friendly service and a smile.

Very unhappy with a recent incident. Took a dress in that had some make up on it. Picked it up and the makeup was still on it and the dress was damp. They wanted to charge me full price. Told them I could have washed it at home to get the makeup up out, and now I was going to have to do that and iron it myself. They offered a 25% discount. I feel I should not of had to pay anything.

The good was I was told my shirt would be ready on Friday. They reached out to me on Thursday and said it's ready for pickup. The bad: I was told $3.50 for my shirt. When I picked it up they charged me $5.

I would not recommend that you take your expensive bags to have dry clean at this place. They ripped the leather on the bottom of my bag and said it came from normal wear and tear. I picked it up it didn’t even look like they cleaned the bag see pictures
