I used their services three days ago, they delivered all of my laundry still damp wet, they then washed and folded it again. Delivered it back to my house, completely just thrown together, everything so sloppy, a lot of it is now stained from mixing colors. I had a quite expensive white jacket that I had to throw out due to having grey/ blackish stains covering it. I asked for a refund do to everything being so horrible, or atleast a partial refund..it was a very messy and unprofessional situation…I definitely DO NOT recommend this place for any laundry services

Buyer beware. I don't care to be the type of person to run down an organization that works as a service to the locals, especially one that has been serving the community for as long as they have.... THAT being said, it took two and a half weeks for the gentleman to realize he even HAD our rug. When it was done, it came in a dirty bag. I get that rugs will, by their very nature, never be 100% clean. However........................ In the spirit of brevity, at the end of it all, we just asked for our money back, which we didn't get. We bought another rug. Which we didn't want to do. And, moving forward, we'll probably forgo the risk, and simply bother to take the time to deep clean the rug ourselves on the next go- around. Which we definitely don't want to do. C'est la vie these days, I guess. 3 stars bc I'm not cruel.

Came on a Thursday to wash, because my washer stopped working on me. Had only 2 small loads. Was planning on just washing and drying at home. Came at 7:30pm because I knew they closed at 8:00pm. Owner comes out and said they were closed. With no one inside but him. He has a sign saying last wash and dryer at 7:45 pm. Tried supporting a small business but I guess some owners just go over there heads when it comes to customer service.
