I walked in and yeah kind of thought the lady was a bit rude myself. Not to mention that when I pulled up there was a woman next to parking lot who was screaming, obviously on drugs. Not the best place.

I think it's a good place but the lady that works there is kind of rude she's really not a people person so maybe she needs a better job so besides that I have no complaints or maybe it's just me just to check it out and let me know

Quiet, Pretty Clean And Several Machines! Quick Update: 2024-2025 They used to take coins in the machine now they have updated to a card system however when you upload with cash it gives you a EXTRA $1 depending on how much you spend. THEIR CARD ALSO IS GOOD FOR ALL THEIR VENDING MACHINES INSIDE SO YOU CAN STILL BUY CHIPS AS WELL AS A DRINK WITH THE SAME LAUNDRY CARD WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE A SEPARATE TRANSACTION SUPER CONVENIENT

First time at this laundry mat. Very clean. Brand new machines and a lot of them. A few others were early birds also. I am was out there in about 1. 5 hours. I used the $1 double loaders. Paid $7 to wash&dry laundry . Dryers get very hot and dry fast. Staff was friendly. Plenty of Televisions and vending machines.

I feel the most comfortable here, better than wash city and the terrible one on NE 28th, the owner of this one actually comes here and interact with his customers despite the language barrier, they always have good washers and dryers, never had any kind of problems with it. There's always someone there to help, to give change or to even do your laundry for a reasonable price. They have better snacks and drinks, supplies and really good air conditioning, be and I love their door systems!

CLEAN! Lots of double loaders and priced right. Early bird specials of discounted wash between 6-8 am. On site customer service is smiling and helpful. This is my first trip here, and there aren't a lot of options in my area. I am well please and will be back.

It's alright they do have an early bird special starting at 6 am i believe laundry is half off or it's cheaper for about 2 hours! They've got a huge industrial size machine that's 8 bucks but itll fit probably like 3 loads or 2 big comforters easily!

During the summer, this place can get hot inside because they don’t want to turn on the a/c. Once, I asked if they could turn it on because we were sweating in there and the older lady said she “didn’t like to turn it on because her bones ached with the cold air on”. I felt bad for her and went back to my spot, but I think that as paying customers, we should at least have that running. I understand her bones ached, so I never returned after that. Thankfully the same owner has another laundromat in Saginaw and so far that one is my go-to place, although it’s out of my way.
