Great laundromat!! The interior is clean, gorgeous paintings to look at, and a very accommodating team! I came a little less than an hour before close and the two women running the mat still let me wash my comforters. Their machines are quick and I was in and out with dry comforters in 45 minutes. There is also a coffee place right next door. Definitely recommend!!

I went in for the first time ever because my apartment units had all failed... Never knew how to use the machines at a laundromat so i was nervous as hell. Valerie was immediately there to help and show me how to use everything. She even had quarters i could use. 10/10 would recommend to friends.

Today was my first time back in here in a while. I saw the reviews about the new ownership and was intrigued and I’m so happy I decided to come back! Valerie is a delight and has 5 star taste in music. I have been putting off my laundry for a month and had stacked up and was able to wash, dry, and fold all my loads in 2 hours. They have a dry cleaner and wash & fold section too if you don’t have time to wash - which I will definitely use soon!

My wedding dress and husband’s suit came out beautifully with the dry cleaning service. The owner is lovely and incredibly helpful. Will definitely be using again!

Expensive then they have tape on the $2 machines, so you can't use them cause supposedly none of them work. So you have to use the big washing machines, which are $3.75 anywhere else for the same washer I've paid $2.50. It's a scam they have the washer's that are $2.00 unplugged...Most of the dryers say out of order yet the lady that works there was using them 🤷🏻‍♀️ Good luck if you go there is all I'm saying...

Lots of washers in a very small area. Hard for customers to move around. Dingy. Building not kept up. Most washer and dryers do not work. Even less space to fold clothes. Onsite laundry service uses most of the working washers and dryers. Very hot inside, no a/c. Hard to breathe with mask on. Price to wash and dry is higher than normal. Spent 4.50 on the wash and 1.75 on the dry.

I’ve owned a house a few blocks away for twenty five years, and even though I have my own washer and dryer at the house, I have found it more convenient to bring my laundry to this business for their wash, dry and fold service. During this time the laundromat has gone through three different owners, but in every case they have kept on the small staff who have become a trusted resource that has allowed me to indulge my own laziness. I simply drop off a bag of dirty laundry in the morning and pick up a nice and clean and folded batch that evening, with them even putting my shirts and pants on hangers. And for not much more than I’d pay to do them at the house, and certainly for less hassle. Before discovering Graustark I tried two other places that routinely screwed up, managing to loose or mangle my clothes. Graustark is a small business assiduously overseen by the owner. They are as good as it gets.

Wonderful new owners that provideamazing service! The staff is always so friendly when I walk in and they do an incredible job. Very quick turnaround and well worth the money.

So, as stated by other reviewers, the washers take too much time (says 29 minutes but takes 50 minutes), and most dryers are broken, “off” or the employee is using them all for the wash and fold service. The floor is dirty so you better not drop any of your laundry. The bathroom is a claustrophobic thing out of a Saw movie. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Stanford Laundry next to Mercantile.

I hadn't ever done my laundry at a laundromat but Val was super helpful and I felt right at home. Could not recommend enough! Very community and newcomer friendly!

Graustark Laundry’s new management has exceeded my expectations. The service is fast and my clothes smell fresh and clean. Wash and Fold is the way to go. They are also open for self service. New hours include Sunday starting 11/10/2024.

Most of the washing machines are broken. Of thr 12 dryers 4 are working. Don’t waste your time coming here! I have to leave to dry my clothes!!!
