Sam's is a family owned business and they have wonderful customer care. I have used them many times for dry cleaning and pressing. I absolutely hate to iron and these guys do it for me every single time. When my sister passed away and we needed to get my fiancee's clothing pressed quickly they literally pressed 4 pairs of pants and a shirt in 10 minutes. I didn't even have to leave. You can't find service like this anymore. As long as I live in this area I will use Sam's exclusively.
I had such an unfortunate experience with alterations at this location. First they quoted an amount of about $85. I accepted and paid this only to find an increase was made upon my return. I now have paid $125 dollars for alterations on three pairs of pants. Let that sink in. I had very generic alterations, hem and waist. When I inspected them at home, the pants were not even pressed. Dry cleaning was not included, but not even pressed? I'm honestly shocked. They were so wrinkly. This has truly been the most disappointing experience, and they have completely lost my weekly business. I truly recommend you look elsewhere for your dry cleaning and alteration needs.
Worst cleaners ever! I took a simple cotton dress to be cleaned (even thought it wasn’t dirty, just wanted it fresh and pressed for my trip) while on the trip I went to wear it and it was a NOTICEABLE difference. It was shrunk! At least a size or more! I couldn’t even button it and it was at least 2 inches shorter. The cleaners had me bring it back. I’m not sure what they did but it is still the same. I called to talked to the manager and he got rude and said it was not the cleaners fault and I needed to return it to the store I got it from. How is it not his fault when I purchased the dress it was perfect and I had it cleaned and now it doesn’t fit. 🤔 Won’t be back!
I turned my clothes in on Tuesday was told they would be ready on Wednesday, by a trainee. Someone should have been standing over the trainee to inform him what he told me was incorrect. When I went to pick up my clothes they were not ready not washed not pressed nothing. The young gentleman that waited on me today was very professional to me and gave me a refund and told me they would do the clothes for free due to this issue. Then I get a call from the owner and he was very rude and told me that he's not going to clean my clothes for free and that i needed to bring payment or come pick up my clothes. I went back and picked up my clothes I would not suggest using this company. In business Training 101 teaches you that when you are training someone you are to stand over them to make sure they do the job correctly and that the customer is not upset.
This is an awesome dry cleaners the best. They are reliable and on time! Also really good ar getting stains and fair prices for dry cleaning. Very nice family owned business.
Horrible cleaners! This is not our usual cleaners, but we were in a hurry and they were on the rout we were driving. We have driven by there may times, it looks very nice and clean, and looks like they do a good amount of business. We took a cocktail dress and my husbands custom made suit to be dry-cleaned. Both have been dry-cleaned before. First they charged me 3X the usual about I pay to have my dressed cleaned. They stated it was because it was beaded. When we got our clothes back are were getting ready for a party and we saw that my dresses beads had been completely removed ! And my husbands suit had been shrunk. The pants were shorter and the jacket no longer fit correctly in the shoulders or arms. I can not believe how bad the messed up our clothes !
New Management?? Sam's Cleaners has been my go to since the location is ideal for easy in/out to and from work. I have been using this cleaner for many years; however, it is as if new management or ownership has acquired this business. Sam's Cleaners has significantly dropped in service, quality, and overall customer experience. I have not recognized any of the staff in the past few months and the quality of work has taken a drastic hit. During my most recent visit, I was instructed to unbutton all buttons on my dress shirts, albeit, this is minuscule, I have never done this in the past. As I picked up this same batch of clothes, my dress pants had double creases down the front, a prime example of the acceptable quality now. I will not be returning to this cleaner and will gladly take my monthly business elsewhere.
Id give them 0 stars if possible. The owner of this place is rude and disrespectful. She provides a service and when a new shirt of mine was ruined she told me she tried and it looks fine and I am being too picky. We pay for this service so excuse me if I want my clothes without starch stains. She tried 3x to remove them before I went in to speak with her. She refused to do anything except give me 2 dollars that it took to clean it originally. How's that fair? They are awful people. What a joke of a business
I was using this business to clean my dress clothes. I won't be using them anymore. I noticed a pair of dress slacks had 3 different creases down the pants legs. To top it off way over priced.
Asjed for extra heavy starch on 3 oants and 3 button down shirts. Pants cane out fine. Shirts were not even pressed. When I asked what happened. The girl at the front desk confirmed the shirts haven't been touched. She went back to ask someone. She came back and said that he told her that the type of shirts I brought in would not take starch well. Bs. Ive had the same 3 shirts like cardboard in the past from other cleaners. I gave 2 stars because they did less then half the work I paid for. When I asked for money back on the shirts. The guy in the back said we don't do refunds. Only after arguing for a few more minutes .He gave in and issued a store credit .
