Dry Clean Super Center

I just had the worst experience here. I took a very nice blouse to get dry cleaned here and it was permanently stained from the chemicals that they use. Not only did the owner refuse to take any responsibility for the damages but tried to put blame on me by making an accusation that I spilled something on it. This was a brand new $200 blouse only worn once. He was very unprofessional and unwilling to take any ownership. Do not take your nice clothing here!

My daughter dropped 2 Dior shirts for first time dry cleaning of the shirts and they tore one off the shirts and said it was already torn and waited till end of the day to tell us when they gave us our rest of dry cleaned clothes and said was already damaged when you dropped.

This was my place to go to get my clothes dry cleaned. I brought a few cashmere sweaters to get dry cleaned and I got them back half the size they were. It was not the first time that they dry cleaned them but they ruined them completely. They tried to tell me that they could fix them, I gave them the opportunity but they couldn’t. They just deformed completely the shape of the sweaters. I asked for my money back and the plant manager gave me back what i paid for 2 sweaters. Don’t bring your clothes here especially if they are expensive. They don’t know how to do their job. Never going back to this place after years of being a client.

Just picked up an order where an extremely high quality and expensive blouse was shrunk to a toddlers size and the material ruined They hid it in the middle of the items so I didn’t notice until I hung them up.

Just moved to the area and gave this cleaners a shot because of proximity to our home big mistake! The lady that attended me at counter the was rude but I gave that a pass and when I got my clothes I had five pair of slacks that were wet. She shared its hot so that’s why my pants were wet! Needless to say I won’t use them again.

This place does a good job but Lordy the prices. Guess they had to up the rates because so many are working from home these days. No loyalty coupons anymore either. I’ll still use them I guess because I know others that have even higher prices

We used to go regularly. The price is good and service seemed fine. But recently I discovered they ruined my very nice blouse. It has embellishments and clearly looks like someone ironed over it. The blouse cannot be worn anymore. The worst part is no one informed us regarding this, as if we will not find out.

I had been doing business with this store for over a decade but no more. I noticed the customer service had been declining steadily in recent months but now is unacceptable. The last time I went pick up clothes the woman in the drive through window was clearly in a surly mood and willing to take it out on anyone that came to the window. Her attitude was not curt; it was outright rude and treated our property in a very unprofessional manner. We tried to get the manager on the phone since they were not onsite at the time but the manager never took the call. I will NEVER EVER go back which is so very sad because it used to be a decent place to do business.

Prices are reasonable. Clothes are cleaned appropriately. Front person desk is very pleasant. One may have to wait a little while because there is but one person handling the intake, but overall a very pleasant experience.

If I could give negative 1 star, I would. I have never written a review in my life, but these guys pushed me to it. My wife dropped off her clothes and had 2 pants that were dry clean only. In fact, the tag said dry clean only. Of course, they washed the pants, shrunk them, and then burned them when the ironed them. Pants ruined. Wife goes back and the person she meets said "yea they are ruined... let me talk to the owner and have him call you." 1 week goes by and no phone call. I call the owner and he said that it's my wife's fault and that she told them to wash. Why would my wife want to ruin $200 pants??? He does not even address how it was burned. He barley spoke English. his name is Lee. Very rude. People, do yourself a favor... AVIOD AT ALL COST
