24/7 LAUNDROMAT

I don't mind using this place since it's mostly clean and always open. However, I am beyond frustrated that the bathroom requires a key card and never has soap. In the last few months using this place I have to use my own soap in the bathroom which should at the least be a healthy code violation. This is gross and ownership needs to address this or the review remains.

Used to love this place but they never have an attendee other than the rude lady over at the slots. Most of the time when we come, the place is trashed and half the machines do not work. The bathroom is usually disgusting. The one lady who sits over by the slots is unbelievably rude. You ask her anything she acts like you’re bothering her when she is just sitting on her butt doing nothing. When this place first opened i recommended it to everyone. Now I tell people they might as well stay away. Don’t have a laundromat if you can’t afford an attendee. People constantly put their clothes in a machine and then don’t come back for hours and due to no one actually attending the laundromat they get away with it. Last week when I came someone had half of the dryers full of their stuff and their cycle was complete for over a half hour before they came for their clothes meanwhile I had wet clothes waiting for an open dryer. Absolutely ridiculous!! Do better!!

What an amazing experience, I was filled with joy watching my clothes tumble in the dryer 😍 the sliding doors opened just for me knowing a real one was entering, such a wonderful welcoming establishment. I think I got high off the intense aroma of bleach! 10/10 would recommend! …

The attendant on 9/4 in the morning was very kind and respectful! He saw I was overwhelmed getting my kids and laundry out to my car and he helped me with a basket and put the roller cart back for me. I came to this laundromat when I was homeless years and years ago and now whenever Im having a laundry emergency, always good experiences.

I have to say of all the laundry mats I have been to in my life, this is the absolute best one! It is very clean inside, the machines are functioning, the atmosphere is nice too! There are power front doors to easily go through when your hands are full carrying a basket of clothes in. The cost to do laundry is affordable. The environment is safe over looking a church next to Rock River. What I noticed too was that there is a restaurant right next to it in the same building! Who ever thought of that was very smart!! I hope you sir or ma’am receive a lot of business because I will come back again!

Their washers range between $9.50 to $3 depending on the load size (reference photos) and the dryers are $.25 per 7 minutes. The dryers work pretty well compared to other public dryers we've used. 2 of 3 loads needed 4 quarters and 1 needed five however, we were drying 10 large blankets in 3 dryers so we expected that. There were dryer sheets all over the floor by the dryers however that can be expected when someone does not clean up after themselves, so we picked them up and there was no more mess :-). For a public bathroom, it was decent so there will be no complaints there when the kiddos needed to go potty. There are two types of coin machines that accept $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. One machine will provide bills in increments of $5 and provide change in $1 coins. The other machine will provide change in quarters so make sure you use the correct machine (reference photo). Children can entertain themselves with the arcade games, kiddy book area or the magazine table and the adults can go play the slot machines if they don't use all of their coins on the washer/dryers. If your hungry for a snack they have a soda machine, the snack machine was empty but there is a Broaster chicken restaurant and Happy Wok restaurant next door, just walk in the mini hallway and prepare to drool from the fragrance of freshly fried chicken and potatoes wedges. This establishment is open 24 which is of great advantage, my only disadvantage is that it's a bit of a distance from my home. Will definitely refer others. The owners here literally steal your personal property. My black sleeping bag was gone 2 hours after being put to dry. I have been to many laundromats especially this one. Nobody touches or tampers with other laundry. I filed a police report. I will post the case number soon. Stay away from this place. It is a high crime area.

Super clean laundry Matt! Open 24/7 NO COINS NEEDED would definitely recommend this place. Also one of the more affordable laundry mats around the area

Its clean and had big machines and is in a good neighborhood but the downside is you have to run the dryers more than once making it more expensive than the other newer locations. I stopped coming here because of that.
