This is one of the best laundromats because it's always clean, and Miriam and Alejandro are very professional. I was there today when Carlos Luque complained to the young man about the washing machine. The young man very professionally explained how the washing machine worked so he could help him. However, the man wanted free service, basically because he put three carts of clothes in one machine. It's a shame there are such problematic people who want to ruin a good business just because they don't get free service. I will continue to be a very loyal customer because I am very satisfied with the service, the employees, and the machines, which work 100%.

I'm here at the laundromat, using one of the larger washing machines. The wash cycle is on the machine I chose, but the machine has barely dampened the clothes. (I let the manager know) Alejandro, and he tells me he recommends using another wash cycle. How would I know that? His response is, well, I don't know. If you want, go back and tell the owner! What a bad experience!!! So you have to come and do your laundry when the owner is here! What good are employees?
