St. B Super Laundromat

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR DRY CLEANING. Used this establishment for dry cleaning and was given a week to have items returned. However, items returned days late without explanation from employee. When items did arrive, she refused to compensate for issues enforceing full price. ($19.00) for one shirt and a pair of slacks. The employee (blonde older lady) had no idea how to perform her job. She did not know how to date items, log items, locate items, or call management for assistance. I do not recommend this place for its services. I WOULD ZERO STARS, but the dark-haired employee (worked 8/6/25) was informative and sympathetic to the nature of this issue.

Completely disgusting. My dirty clothes came out of the washer smelling worse than before I put them in. They accept coins only so the machines are really old and do not take the coins, they get stuck. There is no public restroom so prepare for that if you have quite a bit of laundry. It cost $40 to wash and dry 3 loads so there is no cost savings at all. I highly recommend going to another facility.

Hadn't been to a laundromat in over 20 years. My washing machine sprung a leak this past Friday so my bf & I brought in one load of clothes and one basket full of wet towels from drying up the water on the floor in my house from the leak. We went in, older white lady (dark hair, wearing glasses) behind counter didnt speak... we found the washing machines we were going to use. She walked behind us and said "what did you get all over MY floors?" In a very unfriendly tone. The basket with the wet towels had dripped out some water..... I told her. She didn't say much of anything. Washing machines and dryers worked just fine. Had a couple of drink & snack vending machines as well as laundry supplies. They had a couple of grab crains with candy and arcade games. I like the plants that were in there. Even had a TV with a sitting area with the old retro laundromat chairs. Nice place for an older place it felt safe. Just very unfriendly staff. If you hate your job so much, find another one 🤷🏼‍♀️

Showed up at 7 PM to wash & dry a comforter tonight. I asked if I had time to do so (I have a bulky king size) because I checked, closing time was at 9 & I was being considerate. I was informed that I did. Last load goes in by 7:30. The lady working was so nice & polite. She helped me with everything & even helped me shake out my king size comforter to adjust it during drying! During the hour & a few that I was there, I witnessed her spraying & wiping stuff down, sweeping & mopping the entire place. I enjoyed our conversations & I enjoyed that she took pride in help keeping the place clean. And my comforter smells nice!

absolutely run down I have washed here a few times and I give up the washers dont wash I dont even think two wash cycles on most of the machines clean anything. There is sewage leaking from the center aisle and the smell is awful. I would not be surprised if its leaking into the washers themselves based on the smell. They are also running this ridiculous atm scam with the change there. All in all will not be returning

If you like unclean clothes please continue. I was present at this location on 8/12/21. I used four washer the white machines near the dryer. My clothes didn't smell clean at all. The liner of the washer was rapped around my clothes leaving dirt recede on my supposedly clean clothes. I notified the worker at the front desk. Who called the owner and she refused to refund or rewash my clothes. When speaker with other they also stated they experience the same problem at this location. The front desk clerk informed me this wasn't the first time they had this issue. Fix ur machines & stop stealing people money. It very frustrating. I hate wasting money. I will never wash her again. The pictures of the clothes was after I used the Washer. Save your money & time.

Unprofessional. I had a great experience here the first time I came. The second visit a younger woman was there. She started laughing when I walked in and made a comment that I had ten minutes to put my items in the washer or I wouldn’t be able to. I left. I don’t do business with people who show me they don’t want it. This is not the only laundromat in town. Will never spend money here again.

Lacey is the most amazing woman there. She well help you, if you need anything just asked her. Washing clothes can be a headache. She makes things easier and better. Thank you

I just love this laundromat! It's always so clean & smells good. They have reasonable prices. Heck, if u need to, you can wash & dry a load for under $5.00 they also got the big boy washers too! I love that giant one! I promise you, I can wash 1 weeks worth of clothes for my 12 yr old and myself and household laundry for.....WAIT FOR IT!!!!! $10.00! MANNNNNN! NOW, IF U RATHER HAVE A $10 SAK U KINDA SLOW & GUNNA BE STANK! OR.....U CAN TAKE THAT $10.00 & GONE DO 4 LOADS OF LAUNDRY! IJS! DO U THO....

Great staff... the lady working at the cleaners was very polite, very considerate and friendly... prices are very reasonable.. $2 for small washing machine.. .25 cents per 6 minutes for drying... place is clean .. organized... and easily accessible!!!

My earlier post was in anger, and that's not okay. My apology stands from this morning, and I feel bad about that post. Please forgive my stupid anger, I wish you no ill. I don't want to add to anyone's burden, life is hard enough already. Be well, and I hope you have a great week ahead. I won't trouble you again.
