Sec Cleaners

Dry Cleaner sucks. Dropped off 5 shirts got 4 back. Charged for all 5 with the promise of finding my shirt. Two weeks later still no shirt and no refund or offer to replace the shirt. Go there at your own risk!!!

Called to ask if public laundry is available and the gentleman said my boss isn't here and don't know then hung up. Very rude and if I can't get a simple yes or no coming from a person that works there and supposedly should know what services are offered, I don't think its a legitimate business. Are good people hard to find these days??? I mean OMG!!!!!!

Dryer stopped working and I've been here twice now at the Laundromat section. The place is well maintained and well stocked. They have washers of different load capacities that I have found useful. Also the dryers are efficient and not wimpy on the heat. Once my dryer is replaced, I will still be back in spring to launder my blankets and duvets. FYI- It's an average of about $4.25 for a 30 lbs load machine for a wash.

Horrible ‼️ Took a jacket to have sleeve stiched and wore it one time and it ripped in exact same spot that was stitched. When I took it back they wanted to charge me again saying it was done months ago. No it was done a couple of weeks ago and because it wasn't cold enough to be worn it was cold last weekend. So basically you're ripping people off by not doing the job correctly. Not to mention I still had the receipt with the date. I'm so done here.

Went in a few months ago to get three patches sewn on to a suit. $10 a patch. $30 for all of it. Went in today to get 2 patches put on a jacket that was the same material. $48. The guy even said he remembered me from last time I was in, so it’s not like different people would charge different rates. I've been to 2 other tailors and $10 is the going rate everywhere else I’ve been. Avoid this spot, they’re scam artists.

I went there today and asked how much to take in a few inches on the sleeves and waist line on two hoodies? He told me $165.00 !! 😂😂😂Went to another dry cleaners that’s been in business for many many years and I got a price if $60 together.Don’t take the pandemic out on people trying to make it just like you !! …

Prices went up since the last time ( 3 years ? ) ago that I was there. We picked the largest washer there, only to find out after we loaded it and put soap in that some of the coins were rejected. Had to move the load to 2 medium size washers. The attendant didn't have keys to empty coin container, we figured the washer coins were overfull.

If I could have given this location no stars I would have. My daughter's prom dress was brought in for alterations and they guaranteed it could be finished by the day before the prom. We even received a call advising us that they were raising the costs and we agreed to that despite being given a different price the day we went in. One day before the prom, we were told that the lady (who works offsite and is not an employee despite their proclamations otherwise) brought it back and said she has no time to do it. That's right, they sat on the dress for multiple days, then raised the price, then told us they couldn't do the work with less than 24 hours to the prom. I asked if they could just do the hemming and they said no they have no time...so they could four days ago and now they cannot even hem it...seriously.

This place sucks due to the customer service. You got yhe last quarters you will ever get from me. Owner/Manager today was yhe definition of IGNORANCE.
