I've been here a couple of times and have had zero issues. Every washer and dryer I've used has worked. Very clean. Pricing isn't terrible. I like that they offer the Dexter app so you can use your card.The only thing is they advertise they have a attendant on duty but there is no one here in case you have a issue. I will continue to come back here

THEY FIXED ALL OF THEIR DRYERS! I was going to leave a 1 or 2 star review because I was here a few months ago and literally 3/4 of all their dryers were completely broken. Now they’re ALL brand spanking new and work excellent. Absolutely huge dryers and they only cost $1.50 per 30 minutes. There are several brand new washers as well. Parking is right outside the door so you don’t have to lug baskets of laundry across a parking lot too which is a big plus.

Can I just say, I’m very surprised. I called the listed number, get this, at 6:15am. Of course, I expected an answering service or recorded message of some kind, but a live person answered on the second ring😳. I was only calling to confirm that the business in fact opens at 7:30am as listed. This man asked if I was at the mat because he was going to come open right then and tells me that he’ll open up whenever I get there, just give him a call. 10/10 recommend.

I have been a long time customer of Plum Laundry. They just got some new washers and all new dryers. The dryers are 1.50 now but definitely seem worth the extra 50 cents per dryer! Used 2 dryers and after 30 minutes my clothes were all dry (and you can add time past the 1.50 if you'd like). Before I didn't always have such luck, even putting my clothes in for 40 minutes. Think people should check it out! Dryers also can be paid with with your phone (apple pay and maybe other forms) and not just quarters now.

Very clean and things are always working properly. The owner is usually there to assist. Best in town.

Appliances can be defective without notice. Pay attention, inspect them & use 1 quarter at a time on the dryers. They stop repeatedly & timer doesn't. Very little heat, so you'll need more quarters. No response. No refunds.

I been going to this laundromat for a few years and yes it’s gone thru some unfortunate shut downs on machines and such but whenever I have had any problems, I have called owners and they have always come and graciously taken care of my concerns.. Thank you so much for the remodel and the sacrifice that you put forth to make a lovely environment for people to get their laundry done.. I love the remodel!

Its 90° out and there's no a/c, the door is wide open and there's one floor fan for the entire place. The place is filthy

This place used to be a decent value but now it's just a waste of money ever since it switched hands. Poorly maintained at all times, at least half the washers are broken at any given time and nearly 3/4 of the dryers are also broken. Likewise the laundry carts are few and far between, if the wheels even work. It's really really gone downhill.

This place has gotten so bad. Majority of the machines are out of order. When you use a dryer it doesn't even get hot so you've wasted time and money because you have to move your clothes to another one and hope it works. To top it off, the change machine is broken so you better have quarters before you come. I'm going to start going out of town to do laundry just because this was the only place I thought was even decent in Springfield.
