Clean One Laundromat

Every attendant is nice, courteous, and helpful. I've used the wash and fold service for over 3 years, never had a single issue and all of my clothes come back clean and neatly folded. Will forever recommend this laundromat!

Truly disappointed, I dropped off a bag for cleaning, they weighed it and gave me a price and I paid. Later I find out they now want to charge me double the amount, when I tried to call and discuss it no one answers the phone. When I pick it up I try to discuss it , offer to split the cost as it was a bit unfair. Absolutely nothing to work with me, unfortunately they will not be receiving anymore business from myself and my family.

This place has everything you need. The staff is very professional and covers all aspects of the laundromat; a worker at the front, to help customers, several staff members washing, drying and folding drop offs, and even staff members dedicated to cleaning and keeping the place tidy. There are plenty of washers and dryers to choose from, as it is a big space, which also makes it very comfortable to navigate through. I’ve been in some smaller laundromats where people are always in the way, or I’m always in the way of others. You will never have that problem here. There are also TVs placed around the area, if you choose to wait while you wash/dry. Overall it was a smooth experience. I usually don’t look forward to laundry day but this place doesn’t make it so bad. I will definitely be coming back here and I’d highly recommend it for those who still haven’t found their go to place.

This place is a rip off, lost some of my clothes and completely denies it. To boot after I pre paid he told me they found a “rug” in the laundry and that’s $15 extra! It is a thick towel that is barely a few inches bigger than a kitchen towel that we will lay on the floor, barely meets the description of a bath mat and he charged me $15 extra! My bath towels are much much larger and thicker so I’m not sure how this tiny thing cost him more money to wash and fold? What a crook- stay away- nasty people! Kris

The new night time guy is really nice. He will go out of his way to help u. He keeps the place really clean, the dryer are always hot. And the washer machines are clean, would definitely recommend to others. I've been going for 3 months and I love it.

Just the women staff are so nice and helpful … they wash and fold so good .. I recommend to drop off just to the ladies there

There was no free drying anymore I pushed hot water and you only get cold water nothing but a rip-off you're better off going to the one on deer Park avenue next to Job lots free drying always an everyday different washing u get money off

I've been coming here since it opened and it started off so clean, the people were nice and it was all around affordable. Now they've raised their prices, several washing machines stink like something died, several dryers don't work and the ones that do barely dry our clothes, the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened and the 2 ladies that work there gossip and complain about their lives and other customers loud enough for everyone to hear, nonstop. There was always something nice to watch on TV, now all they ever have on is CNN, the trash talk of our nation. And the heat hasn't been on all winter this year. 4 years of coming here and I'm moving on.

I just did a drop off laundry with this business to try it out, when I did have some sheets and blankets in the bag. The female attendant did see my bag to check for blankets. She did not mention if there would be an extra charge for blankets. When I picked up the laundry, they did a good job with the wash and fold service, however, a different female attendant stated my billed amount went from 31.40 to 39.00?!!? They could have at least had the common courtesy to call me or text me in advance (since they took down my number on the reciept) to alert me.

The best laundromat I've used in over 10 years. Very clean and the machines are outstanding. My clothing is well taken care of using Clean One. Highly recommend.
