Fluff and fold service is great. Always ready on time and my clothes are fresh and clean. The prices are reasonable. The staff always greats me and I’ve never felt unwanted.
The first time I tried to come here, there was always no water when washing clothes. I told the boss about this problem, but he said that no one else has this problem. I didn't put a lot of clothes in, but there is really little water. The other two washing machines I use don't have this problem. You can see the pictures, so the clothes are not clean. The boss didn't solve the problem, so I went to another laundromat to wash my clothes again. I won't come again next time. If there is a problem with the machine, the customer must be held responsible.
Is a normal laundry. The service is regular One time I came and they said is CLOSED when they put the hours that are working. Today I went again because is closer where I live and another customer come and the Latin Person who manage the laundry said is CLOSED even when the laundry is full of people and is OPEN. I think they really need people who cares about the Customer needs. Needs improvement the people that are working there
Worker was extremely rude. I walked in and with an attitude she said “do you need help?”I said no and was looking to see if it was busy and if so I would go somewhere else. She said I could only use the machines by the front and there was barely any space. There were only three other people doing laundry and no space. Machines are so small and cost over $3.00.
I started going there when it first opened. They would use the shelves behind the washers as storage for finished clothes. Now they don't do that instead they use the folding tables as storage ! So now there is space for only 3 people to fold their laundry. I've left a few times just putting my dry laundry in my bags and folded them at home. Yeah it's easier to store on the tables then reach over the washers to grab the finished bags. Then tou have the customers who leave their laundry in the washer or dryer for over 1 hour. You tell the workers and they remove the stuff to free up the machine for you and I end up finishing my wash and dry and the people have not returned yet. These are not drop off jobs cause they have them marked with the customers receipt or tape on the doors of the machines. These SELFISH people's laundry should be put out in the lot after 1 hour of completion of their wash .
I bring my clothes here for the drop off service. They are very respectful. Very nice people. They know my name, they know my wife's name. They make you feel important. They provide you a service and they appreciate your business. Service with a smile, like it should be, like it used to be. Stop in and say hi to Ronald. He deserves your business.
I would love to give 0 star to this place because I out in the money and made sure the door is locked for my washer and came back to find out the machine wasn’t even working. The girl who work there were standing behind me the whole time and able to see what happened. She then said I didn’t put in money that’s why the machine wasn’t starting. And then keep say wait for the boss back and check on camera. Then I asked her when her boss is coming back. She then say the boss is gone for the day. It’s only $2 but I can say if she didn’t say that I didn’t put in money. I will not be that unhappy with the service. She can kindly say maybe I forgot to push start. But the machines actually start at itself after paid. I will say next time stay until it really started. If not you might get rip off by it. Imagine if that happens to customer thinking that they really forgot to put in money and pay again.
I totally agree with the reviewers who gave ONE star. We'd give NO STARS, but you have to give something for a review posting. This is probably THE WORST laundromat I have ever been to. And I'm almost 60, I've been around and seen the best and some of the worst in people. .. The manager/owner and worker's there are VERY rude. I live in the vicinity and unfortunately, I don't go there because they are SO rude. There are numerous "not working" notes on SO many WASHERS AND DRYERS that customers are left with very little to work with. The manager puts these "notes" on the machines in order to "hold" or reserve for herself, washing for drop-off customers (which they make money on). This causes A LOT of tension, frustration, upset and angry customer's scrambling within (as SHE and her assistants' watch, folding clothes, etc. and do nothing). I've even had her race off to me; yes, she ran so fast in that small space, and told me very firmly, NO!!! She pointed out the "No" post on the washer. Well yes, I saw that. However, with practically ALL the machines taken - (one was broken at the time), and she had NO OTHER pending wash in hand NOR her assistant, I placed my wash in there. Others routinely do this. You have no choice or you would NEVER get your wash done. She was furious. I had been to Whitepoint about six times. I have been giving them a test to see if this was a one time thing. It wasn't. It was consistently bad. I believe the manager is racist because I am white. They are Hispanics. Let me say first and foremost, I have NOTHING against Hispanics. I am married to the best guy in the world and he is Hispanic. The person who gave a favorable review is Hispanic. It seems as if they only favor Hispanics and I've noticed they aren't even nice to other races as well. Granted, I don't go there any longer. There are PLENTY of accommodating laundromats that treat their customers with respect and are friendly. NO ONE deserves this.
The morning staff is super friendly. They are always willing to help. They ask how many washers I need when I walk in and finds me available washers. They also help me find dryers after my clothes are done washing. The afternoon staff is less helpful though. They were not willing to help me find a washer. I usually go in the morning anyways.
I went to pick up my laundry , pick up time was 2. It was 3 and they hadn’t even started it. Yet they were doing laundry for people that was due to be picked up 5 hrs later. I told them this was unacceptable and their response was they could either do it or I could take it elsewhere. They are rude and somehow think I’m the one that should apologize. This is not the first time but it is the last. I would drive 5 miles out of my way before I would go back
