Absolutely terrible spot for dry cleaning. They took three weeks and three returns to press a suit in the correct way and at the end I had to take it somewhere else because three attempts over three weeks produced the same incorrect result regardless of the explanations, photos and comments. Most recently they lost the pants of a rare suit and it took never ending phone calls and visits to see if they can find them. These people don't seem to keep notes or take responsibility for their work. I have never been to a more careless dry cleaners in 20 years living in NYC.

I’ve been using their wash and fold services for a year now and never had any issues. The staff is always friendly and attentive, everything comes back fresh and perfectly organized. It's a huge time-saver, and I couldn't be happier with the quality. Highly recommended!

Washers are not sanitized and smell like mold/mildew. Gross.

My family has been coming here for a while. Management changed a few years ago and it's been renovated. It used to be run by a family before it was bought out by a local NYC chain. Here's a review of the new place: They do a good job with drop-off laundry service. It's usually done really quickly (like 1 day) and the laundry comes folded well. Price wise, I don't know if this place is considered expensive or not. Washers and dryers seem like a fair price to me. It's $3-7 per washer cycle depending on the size of the machine. Dryers are about $0.65 (at most) for 10 minutes. You need to use a reloadable card to use the machines so it's more worth it to come here if you're going to come on a regular basis. In my opinion it's better than having to use quarter operated machines. I've had no problems with the services here. They are open reasonably early and close fairly late.

The man at the front was just plain rude. Made me and my friend feel like a total inconvenience for existing in the laundromat as quiet, paying customers. We showed up 3 hours before closing, got scolded multiple times for sitting while our laundry washed and dried. He was huffy when my friend had to use the restroom. To top it all off, an hour before closing he shouted from behind the window, "Can you guys hurry up so I can clean? I'm not done." Luckily we were leaving, he eyeballed us the whole way out the door. Just aggressive for no reason, terrible environment.

Nice, clean, quiet place BUT I hate when I have to pay $2 for a laundry card to use the machines and anything I load onto the card but don't use just stays on the card.

Its a fine spot... But the price increases over the past 2 years is wild. $9 for their largest machine where I felt like it was $5 not too long ago. Either way, it feels like every other month they're just pumping the prices up. Insane
