Miss Bubble Laundromat

I am using their dry cleaning and wash as fold services for the last 4 years. Never had a problem. The clothing are smelling heavenly and their laundry attendants are super nice and smiling all the time. The service is done on time, no issues so far. Thank you miss bubble, you are the best in the area .

Love the wash and fold service here, and the pickup/dropoff option they offer for that as well. My clothes come out clean, same day service when I drop in the morning, and nothing ever missing. Lovely staff. I also have some of my dry cleaning done here too. Recommend!

Avoid This Laundry Service – Ruined Towels & Terrible Customer Service! I had an awful experience with this laundry company. I trusted them with new towels, only to have them all (not just one) returned discolored, stained, and completely ruined. When I reached out to address the issue, I was given the runaround—told that the "manager is out of town". A company that damages items and then refuses to take responsibility is not one worth doing business with. Save yourself the frustration and take your laundry elsewhere. AVOID! UPDATE: After posting this review, someone reached out, but they were unwilling to take responsibility and handled the situation in a rude and unprofessional manner. They refused to refund the cleaning charge, let alone compensate for the damages.

I started using dry cleaning service and I am quite impressed. The laundry attendant was attentive ensuring my clothes were handled with care. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service provided. 10/10

Used to be the best laundromat around; clean, quality machines, they gave away free soap, they have gentle cycles and extra rinses and it’s usually not crowded. Unfortunately the quality has gone down. Most importantly, they refuse to replace or repair their air conditioner. It’s been hot in there all summer. They also stopped giving away soap and the last time I went a significant number of machines were out of order. I’ll be finding another laundromat.

I've been going to a different laundromat for the past year or so and frequently wash a sweater of mine that also comes back good as new. However, after using Miss Bubble only once, the sweater has come back completely ruined. It's stiff and the all the letters and design have been peeled off?! It's worth it to go a little further for better results.

I have done laundry here a few times and though the staff is neither the friendliest, or most helpful I have never had any real issues. According to their website and all signage posted at the location they close at 10pm, I arrived at 8pm. After purchasing wash card and walking over to one of the many available washing machines to load my laundry at 8:05pm. I was then informed by an employee I was not allowed to do laundry. I asked why only to be told "the last wash is at 8pm". I inquired if this information is new? or posted anywhere? As they are "OPEN" till 10pm, and last time I started my laundry after 8pm however was not told about any last wash time table. This prompted the response of "I just cleaned them" mind you several machines were still clearly in use for what I assume was drop off service. This place has really poor customer service and should really update their website to include time restrictions. If you want to sit inside a place for two hours and not do laundry come at 8pm! Because they are OPEN but not accepting wash!!

While this laundromat is close by the staff is not friendly and management doesn't seem to care since I see many reviews with the same complaints. I'm doing my laundry and ran out of dollars I gave the lady 10 dimes and ask for a dollar, she started counting them one of the dime had a very small dent on the side (the outer side ) she told me the money was no good, I said what do you mean clearly I didn't make it. She then go to the draw open it put the change in took it back out.... gave back to me and told me she had no dollars, What business open with no change and it's 12:30pm!?

Some of my clothes/towels/sheets got bleached when I used their self-service. I don't use bleach on my clothes.

Nice and very clean, pandemic approved. All machines are in perfect condition. ATM, bill-to-coin machine and a bench outside if you don’t want to be inside.

Great customer service and the drop off delivery option is affordable. My clothes and linen smell really nice as well. I highly recommend this place.
