Busy Bee Laundromat

We were in town visiting and needed a laundromat. Busy Bee was Clean and Bright. Ryan helped us out when we had questions. Be sure to use this Coin Laundry when you need to wash. Thank U Ryan!!

We are on holiday for two weeks so needed somewhere within walking distance to Fremont Street to do a service wash. The staff were friendly, helpful and speedy. Our large bag of laundry was washed, dried and folded perfectly within two hours. This is the second time we have used Busy Bee whilst on holiday and will definitely use again.

Nicest laundromat I have been to both in terms of cleanliness and customer service. We were immediately greeted, offered help, and the washers only take ~20 minutes per load. All star experience. Note that there is a bill changer but it doesn't accept credit cards, so come with cash. No issues with homeless people at all like some of reviews mention. It was 1pm on a Friday, fwiw.

Very clean washer and dryers. We’ve been to a lot of laundry mats and this place beat them all. Used the big washer and it got my clothes super white and clean. Very nice and clean. Will definitely start washing my clothes there at busy bee.

Most of the machines are out of order, the soap vending machine was out of order, the only thing that worked was the change machine. No comfortable place to sit while your laundry is washing, the whole place is just in disrepair.

Wonderful place, helpful staff, very clean and everything I needed - was less than a 20-minute walk from where I would staying, So glad they were there.

What a great find! Went on a Saturday and it was very easy to get on the machines. Ryan, the owner, was there and was very helpful as it was my first time there. Will definitely be back. Thanks, Ryan and thank you Busy Bee!

New Ownership Brings Positive Changes to Busy Bee When you come across old reviews criticizing this place, keep in mind that they likely refer to the period under the previous ownership. From my understanding, Busy Bee has since come under new management. During my visit, the place was clean, and the attendant was diligently cleaning every machine, even with only three customers present. She could have easily relaxed, but she stayed on top of her duties. Any out-of-service washers or dryers were clearly marked. When I encountered an issue with the change machine shorting me a quarter, the attendant quickly investigated, and when she couldn't find it on the floor, she promptly gave me a quarter from another machine. The presence of working CCTV was a reassuring plus. Completing a full single load wash and dry took about 50 minutes and cost $6.75, including soap. Overall, if you live in the area, I highly recommend Busy Bee as a reliable and well-maintained laundromat.

This place is wonderful. The staff are friendly, the owner is so helpful and they have a change machine and all of the equipment is in perfect clean working order!!

This place isn’t bad but 70% of the washers and dryer’s are out of service. Is it really that hard to get these things fixed. I’m 100% sure all of them didn’t stop working at the same time. If you budget and fix them as they break you wouldn’t run into this huge issue.
