Very clean place. Staff are friendly. I attached pics showing prices of different sizes of washers and dryer. I wish they put door that can be locked-open at the back door so cart can be entered easily.
Clean place. Friendly staff. Parking in rear with some street parking. Great place. Bakery, Chinese and pizzeria next door.
This place is always immaculate. The ladies here are amazing and are constantly cleaning. No matter what time I come here day or night they are on rotation cleaning. Today they are cleaning the laundry carts with a toothbrush and razor blade and cleaning the ceiling fans air ducts. These ladies need a raise lol.
HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Staff are 100% THIEVES!!!!! I have been going there for a year using they wash and fold service and it was fine until recently they started stealing my stuff. Last week they took my Egyptian cotton bed sheet. This week they took 4 of my nephew’s pajamas and one pajamas from my sister in law!! They are rude and nasty. And when confronted they just tell you to stop washing here!!!
I got a call from the manager from a blocked number. She didn’t even want me to have her number the two ladies that are working there. I have dropped my clothes off there since years. They always spoke English and they always understood it now when half of my daughter stuff is missing and all of my mother’s clothing is gone now they are pretending like they don’t know how to speak English or that Understand it either the lady who worked behind the register refused to put me on the phone with the manager Who was also trying to cover up what they done they mixed my clothes with someone else I have a whole bag of someone else’s clothes that I don’t even know or have Number for and apparently she probably has mines, but how do I solve this Two ladies are pretending like they don’t understand English or speak it They took the money they gave me back $12 for a very large order I should’ve checked the bags before I left. I need to get to the bottom of this because I need my daughters clothes Who is special-needs? I am a single mother, and I don’t have the money to replace them And my mother is disabled and they have half of all of her clothes as well All of her clothes if this does not get resolved and I get my stuff back, I will contact the police and then let’s see if they don’t speak English or understand it but She new how to say that will be $100 dollars and respond about demanding money up front for payment but now that my stuff is gone she don’t know she kept saying no Comprende no Comprende give me a break you guys don’t understand the hard ship this has caused me and my family missing almost all of are clothes I need answers OWNER OR MANAGER WHO R U HIRING AND WHO ARE THESE THIEFS I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP I have posted this on TikTok. I am posting it on next-door neighbor Am letting the whole Bloomfield know And how I was stolen from this was not a mistake Of conspiracy that the manager is also trying to Cover up, I recorded the whole While I was there, I wonder what they will if someone doesn’t Are When I contact the police
I’m sure this place is fine as a regular laundromat but DO NOT use their drop off service unless you want damaged and missing items. We’ve been going to this place for a year for the wash and fold service. It was fine, decent price. Last time we went, one of my sweaters had a huge bleach stain on it. It definitely wasn’t like that when we brought it there. In addition, nearly every one of my socks was missing. They clearly misplaced the load or gave it to another customer (I sort everything by colors before giving it to them and all my socks are white). My husband went and asked for either a credit towards our next load or some money back. We had receipts to prove we’ve been customers for a while. They refused, wouldn’t help us at all and kept turning the sweater over to try to cover the stain and say they didn’t see anything. They refused to let him speak to a manager, too.
This laundromat is very clean; one of the cleanest I have seen. However, in an attempt to keep this place clean, the staff don't post nor honor any kind of system for patrons. Here's an example, there are no signs currently posted that say last wash at 6:30 pm because they close at 8:00 pm. No problem. But they also don't post that if you arrive before 6:30 pm, they close off the washers and dryers to half capacity. That means, you can drag yourself there with laundry in tote, see available washers and be told you can't use them. Further, the section the send you too might be to capacity too so you don't get your laundry done. This subjective process makes no sense. Just post a sign or policy and stick to it. Otherwise, staff make up policies as they go. It's a small laundromat. If also, they are doing a lot of washing for other customers, they can be down 10 dryers. Good luck with that.
By far the cleanest laundromat I've ever been too. You can see the attendants cleaning at any given time. The machines are big and they all work. I moved to a neighboring town and still take the 15 minute drive because cleanliness is so important to me and this location eases my mind. The staff is very friendly I'm very grateful to have found Splish Splash
Very clean and convenient BUT the workers are not nice and welcoming. I've gone there since I lost my washer and dryer in Ida and they told me last wash 630pm and its also posted. Im there one day and someone walks in at 710 and they let her wash. Why??? With me when I was packing and its 745 they told me I needed to hurry up.
I have been going to this place since they opened years ago. It has went down hill Very poor customer service. The ladies are rude and nasty. My husband left 3 pairs of jeans and a pair of sweatpants in the dryer on Monday. He went there yesterday and the ladies called him a liar and how it’s not their responsibility if clothes are left there. Which that’s fine but why wouldn’t they check the back to make sure his clothes were not their. They wouldn’t even check the cameras for him. Then they didn’t even want to call the owner. My husband finally got in touch with the owner he claims he reviewed the cameras but he can’t tell my husband who took the clothes out of the dryer. They also told my husband that after 3 days they threw your clothes away. Unbelievable….. Do Not Use this place….
After washing a comforter at another laundromat that left it smelling awful, (I should have known as the establishment was filthy) I came here What a difference!! This place is clean, fresh smelling, so many machines!! Highly recommend
The conservatism of the people who forgot where they came from that owned the place has overtaken and made the place one star. Not returning back to 10:00 hours like every normal laundromat in the area forcing Working Class People that are …
I've been coming here for a year using their laundry and was serviced. Up until recently, they were great. Its been twice that the workers were rude and nasty with me. First time was because they insisted that a light blanket was a …
The place is unprofessional and they absolutely have no sense of what customer service is. The owner accused me of throwing a cart inside while I was politely bringing it in, but it rolled down hitting a wall. He comes out irate knocking …
The place is super clean and convenient
My family and I have been using this PUBLIC laundromat for a few years now, let me start with the positives thus far it's been kept clean which was the reason for my change to this location. The attendents work continuously to keep it …
Poor customer service and the machines are dated. I used a dryer and the medium heat button didn’t work. Rather than offer to move my clothes to a new dryer the lady told me that button doesn’t work, sorry. Also, they do not take cards. Had to go to a store to use an atm to put money on the card.
I put $20 on card it didn't show..promised a refund, when the owners come in, they swore they knew nothing about it. I saw the ladies in the Dollar Tree buying All of the detergent, they had literally 5 or 6 carts, and they are …
There were 2 large tears on the sleeve of one of my items after dropping it off to be cleaned. The manager called me to say “they didn’t do it because it didn’t look like they could have done it.” She never mentioned that the video didn’t …
My experience was horrible. Paid $55 to leave a king sized comforter for three days to be washed by laundromat. Came back three days later, comforter was not washed. We were not notified. Was told it could not be washed due to it being …
