I have been coming here for years and this was the worst experience that I have had and there has been a few. Spent over two hours washing and drying clothes and the dryers are horrible with heat. I spent more than 1.5 hours drying 1 comforter. I spoke to the owner and he told me “it is what it is”. I told him that you are providing a service and he stated that he is not providing a service and if people don’t want to come then don’t come. I said have you looked at your reviews and he said that he doesn’t care and if people don’t like it, it doesn’t affect him. I said if you lose customers you will not have a business and he stated that “it doesn’t matter”. The dryers are 6 minutes which is not an issue, but it took too long to dry. He said there’s nothing he can do and if I don’t like it, “don’t come here, go somewhere else”.

The owners are truly horrible. I have been using this laundromat for a while because they do keep it clean. Today I noticed the soap I put in the machine never went through. I kept thinking perhaps I need to add more. So I kept adding more soap, and still nothing in the machine even though it had been full of water and running for a while. I tell the owner about it and show him the machine. He tells me that it is not his problem and what do I expect him to do. I tell him he should give me my money back since it is clear I am going to have to wash my clothes AGAIN in another machine. He repeats that it is not his problem and if I don’t like it, I should go somewhere else. Trust me, I will.

Went here about two weeks ago. The front desk has zero concern for his business or his customers. Reading the reviews for the first time, I'm not surprised they have one of the lowest ratings in the area. Then looking at the poorly written and nasty responses to the bad reviews... who let this guy work with the public? You should feel ashamed and embarrassed for how you treat your customers. Do yourselves a favor and check out the laundromat in Waldwick or Ramsey. It's worth the trip just to be treated kindly. The only time I'd consider giving them my money is to clean my 3 year old's poopy clothes or if my puppy has an accident on something (PS if you're going to continue to use them and you need soap, acme in the shopping center is less expensive)

Would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years — never once was I told I had to prepay for drop-off until today. Out of nowhere, that’s the new rule? On top of that, my clothes are usually done same-day, but without even checking, the woman (who acted more like a robot) snapped, “Not today. Tomorrow after 5.” If you're overwhelmed or short-staffed, say that. Don’t take it out on customers who are just trying to understand what changed. The attitude was completely uncalled for — yelling at people who have supported your business is a guaranteed way to lose them.

The washers eat up the detergent so your clothes don’t get clean. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I wasting my time and money. I had to go wash them somewhere else…never again

From the minute I walked in the man at the front desk was rude! I asked if my puppy could come in or i would leave her with my husband in the car. His response was "Use your common sense!" When I asked if prices were posted somewhere he again responded rudely, "Look on the machine." Not helpful since the prices are only visible when the machine isn't running, which most were. Not vey clean either. No surprise I'm NEVER going back here and suggest you try another place!

Regardless of whose fault it was I didn't appreciate the rudeness. Nothing was explained and you still have my hard earned money. Your policies are not customer friendly! Enjoy your policies! It is my right to do laundry elsewhere where business owners appreciate their customers! I come from a family of small business owners in this area. This is not how we treated our customers. My husband and I will not be returning! On an added note enjoy the whole $6.50! You must really need the money to treat customers like this. All your bad reviews speak for itself. It's not a laundromat it's a jail with all your rules and so called policies. I am loving my choice!

The owners of this place are horrible people, they would not allow us to use just the dryers when ours suddenly died last week. The man was rude and a terrible person, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. There is a reason this place is also empty, the prices are terrible as well.

Have been going there for years. Asked owner a question on price. He was rude and obnoxious. Usually he barely looks up from computer to acknowledge you. He should learn to be nicer to customers. His wife I believe is just as rude. Other companies even deliver for same price. No more business from me

Very clean and the wash machines are actually less expensive than others I've visited in the area. They also have a restroom for customers which many other laundromats don't. I've seen many here complain about the "rudeness" of the owners, etc. Seriously people? It's a laundromat not a 4-star restaurant. If you want employees to fawn over you and be "nice" to you, go somewhere else.

Clean facility, hot dryers, nice owners that are on site and assist customers. A very nice first impression for this traveler.
