There is a large sign on the building stating that the laundromat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but the doors were locked and no one was available at 5 am. Also, the upkeep and maintenance is non existent. Several machines are out of order, but instead of putting tape on the card readers, they put it on the door of the machine, which doesn’t prevent you from accidentally loading a broken machine with credits. The staff is rude and unhelpful. And they use half the dryers for their wash and fold service. The carts need repair as well. The costs to use the machines have increased, but the extra funds don’t appear to be allocated towards making a better customer experience.
Nice and clean. Issues machines not releasing fabric softener , old fabric softener from months ago still inside the fabric softener dispenser. So, please check your machines. This facility never has bathroom tissue paper towels or soap to wash your hands. And no one is trying to put any in the bathroom. Employee bathroom equipped with bathroom tissue, hand dyer etc. what happens now, customers pay for the use of machines, bring your own tissue, paper towels. Are you kidding me 😯
I've been a customer of the laundromat for about 4 years, I want to say, and I've never experienced this many washing machines down at one time, also dryers. Some sink no your issue, but if they're being cleaned and treated often, maybe that can help. There once was 2 bothersome for customers now where down to 1, and it's not always soap paper towels or hand soap. So I'm confused. How are we supposed to wash our hands ? These are just some things that came to my attention that I'd like to share with the owner of a place that I frequently use. The saff is always help and polite, and the laundromat is always clean, but the outta service machines are getting outta hand at this point.
Machines have been broken for months built up fabric softener in the machines. I have enough points for a free wash went to redeem it and it didn’t print out. Showed the attendant and she told me no free wash only dryers are free. Work don’t understand English well, need new management.
One of the guys working there had got my card trapped in the machine and made me wait an hour because they lost someone else’s clothes, just for them to call the manager and for her to be very rude in Spanish not knowing i speak it. Saying to forget about my card and to ignore me. I had put $20 in that card to use for now and later on. I left my information them saying they would get back to me. the manager called me for 2 secs i answered and she hung up. Than i return back to the laundromat the following day just to see that the machine they got my card stuck in was functional and that i would have to contact the manager for the card. I’ve been calling and manager for about 2 weeks now. This place, the kids that work here, and especially the manager are very unprofessional. I have been coming here for 5 + years to do my laundry. I will no longer return to this location. I’d rather go to the spot around the corner than come back here. Thanks for stealing my money i hope u guys don’t try and finesse anyone else.
Today April 13.2025 It stinks like cigarettes, they don’t have any hand soap in the bathroom, the bathroom is always dirty. Most of the machines are out of service. The floors are dirty and not even cleaned, there’s some sticky spots too.
Laudramat has bogus telephone no. Get a phone for customer questions and better service. Don't lose any money in the machines, all of the workers pretend that no one understands English so they don't have to return any money to the customers
The best service,The manager who is running the laundry is very friendly and she helps everyone.
How can a business operate with so many machines down? The bathroom hand dryer hasn’t worked in two years.
I'll start by saying that the place has older machines, and dryers, but they work very well. In fact they work better than the place I usually go with newer machines, and don't work as well. The dryers are free, all of them have a price but after you finish pressing your desired time it'll be free. You also get charged a dollar for the card. You're going to need it. The washer's on the other hand are a little bit more expensive, like $6 dollars and some change. The good thing is that you will get very clean clothes. The place is clean in the inside, and I cannot say anything about the restroom because they couldn't find the key for it, maybe someone locked them inside the restroom? There's plenty of parking, and for those of you that likes to leave their clothes washing and go outside? There's plenty of stores in the plaza. I hope this helps you. I do recommend this place regardless of some machine's being out of order?
