Came in at 8:15pm on 9/7/25 and was immediately told that they are closing at 9pm. The woman seemed like she really didn't want me to wash and repeatedly told me that they are closing at 9pm. The door and online say they close at 10pm and that last wash is 9pm. I am not sure if there is confusion, but I decided to wash anyway because I needed to wash a single load of blankets to sleep on tonight. I did plan to be out before 9pm to avoid trouble. Just surprised at suddenly being shouted at when I was putting clothes in. If there was a sign when coming in or anything that said they were closing early, I would be more understanding. Edit: I made the original above right after putting my clothes in. Now, I am furious because the woman was breathing down my neck the whole time and stood by my washing machine right when it finished. She gave me a dirty look when I came like 30 seconds after finishing to get it. After I put it in the dryer, I sat in a corner to be out of her way. I didn't even get to use the full time of the dryer because she wanted me out and made it very clear. Someone else had their stuff in a dryer that she personally took out and put in a cart near the door. She made the guy fill his bag of stuff at the door instead of letting them in which was shocking. I took my damp stuff and saw people waiting outside. I think it was her family waiting for her because she talked to them when she put the guy's stuff by the door. Again, they CLOSE AT 10PM NOT 9PM. She closed early and chased everyone out aggressively. If I was treated better and just told instead of being yelled at, I would be more understanding. Very disappointed and won't come back.
First of all the 100% satisfaction guarantee is just a catch phrase. It's a way for them to get you in the door. I went for the first time 5/1/2025. You have to purchase a wash card 1.50 + 4% surcharge on all debit/ credit purchases. That means if you have to add money while you are there it's 4% for every transaction. You will be paying $11 /$14 per load. My clothes did not come out clean at all! They overestimate how great their machines are. I had to put my clothes for a second wash just to feel comfortable drying them. I made my dissatisfaction and disappointment very well known. But I was just given a list of how I screwed up. So I made their corporate office aware that I was very dissatisfied with my first and last visit there, but they also did nothing. So if you are on a budget I definitely don't recommend using this laundromat. It is a total rip off. The machines do not work as well as they say. Also, your satisfaction means nothing at all.
The is one of the few best places to wash it’s a clean fresh sanitize laundromat. The girl with the long black braids is really nice and helpful.there is a charge for every credit card transaction I recommend bringing cash if you do not want to pay the extra charge you also have to purchase a Laundromat card which is $1.5. i have came with my kids I definitely Recommend if you’re looking to wash somewhere that’s clean Sanitized and fresh
Update 06/28/2024: I come here all of the time, and not ever have one of the attendants pulled my clothes from the washing machines! It is completely disrespectful. 😒 My clothes hadn't been finished a good minute before the attendant started pulling my clothes out. I DON'T CARE WHO WANTS TO USE THE WASHERS. THEY CAN WAIT A DAMN MINUTE SO I CAN COME REMOVE MY OWN CLOTHES JUST LIKE I WOULD WAIT. I could understand if I left or they were sitting longer than 5 minutes, but they were not. I told her I wanted the manager, and she called and told him that my clothes were done a while. I always set a timer, so I know they hadn't been done long. I am fluent in understanding Spanish, and she stood there and lied. I will not be coming back here. I will go to another WaveMax.
This place is super clean and there's always washers and dryers available! It is a bit more expensive and they don't do coins, but all the washers and dryers I've seen are always in working order they have clean picnic tables you can sit at inside and the Wi-Fi is very helpful. They have a full-time worker there and she is always cleaning washers and dryers and keeping the place spotless. It's a better bargain if you have a lot of laundry cuz it gets bigger loads done fast. I like it just because I can sit down and relax in a clean safe environment with no drama while I'm doing my laundry oh, and check my email while I'm at it!
I have been to other locations and this is by far the most expensive location, 4/5 dollars to wash and 3.09 to dry 2 loads of laundry cost me 21.00 dollars I will not be returning to this location. Usually drying is 1.00 to 1.50 not 3.09 wow that is absurd
Current attendant refused to allow me in, after I saw someone else walk in at 8:59p. The door was not locked and she's pretending she doesn't speak English saying they're closed when last wash is at 9p. Great customer service! It's obvious that the "owner" and all staff could care less, as long as they're getting paid. Unfortunately, most are in ok with the poor service and the sometimes functioning machines. I'm not spending hard earned cash where I'm not appreciated.
absolutely love this place! So clean and reasonable pricing! The double and triple size washers are awesome and the dryers will dry everything in one shot! And I have to call out my girl who works there!! Mime!! she’s been amazing to me. She helps me when I have a lot holds the door and when I’m done, she’ll help me to the car! Awesome lady! Definitely suggest going there. And if Mimi is working, tell her Lisa sent you!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯❤️
This place is awesome, clean, bright, huge washers and dryers, snack machine is inexpensive, there is air conditioning. There is an attendant and drop off service. You come in now and put $20.00 on your card and get $20.00 credit. How could you go wrong. This is my new laundromat. My clothes came out incredibly clean.
Im here at 7:10 all the lights and tvs are on but doors are locked and don't see anyone inside. Looks like every single light was left on overnight by this company that apparently doesn't care about it customers or the environment.
