Family Laundromat

I go in here almost every week and every time I go the one lady is always rude. She's the shorter heavy set one. I was playing the quarter game and ran to my car quick when I came back a bunch of quarters fell I grabbed them since I was last on it and she came to me and said it wasn't mine and asked for them.... insulting and unnecessary. They need to hire people who are nice. I will NOT be going back bc of her.

washers are good but the dryers not good don't dry for $1.25 worth of quarters

I drop off my laundry there and I usually don't have a problem with any of the people who work there except a tall older woman I dropped my clothes of yesterday morning and the one nice woman told me there are no drop offs now so it should be ready by tomorrow no problem. Well I walk in today and it's almost 5:00 PM and the older woman looked at me and said they're not ready yet with an attitude and I went really cause I dropped them off yesterday morning she goes there were no dryers open they should be ready within a half an hour really nasty to me which I don't appreciate considering I spend a lot of money there to get my clothes done. If she hates her job that much that she has to be nasty to people maybe she should go somewhere else

Never had a problem there, only go once in a while. Just not happy to see them switching out the $5 machines for $9 machines that I would never use 🙄 …

This laundromat is poorly equipped with products for clothing care such as lint brushes. The members of the staff claim "That's not my job" when asked for any assistance regarding care or use of the washing machines. And the accommodations for people who are disabled are paltry at best. If you love God and your clothes, please don't wash your clothes at this laundromat.

Trying to go by the request on the door to stay outside while clothes are washing would be easier if staff didn't stand by the door so you can not respect each others 6 ft of personal space. Then give me attitude. Not cool and very unprofessional

Quick & easy. Got a fully large load done in 1 hour for under $5. And great lady working there to assist.

The place is good but the tall lady has a really bad aptitud. If she doesn't like her job she should look for another one. It's very rude to people.

A very poorly educated Ispana employee seemed to me that she is no longer the new owners, they took her out very badly attending to the people, she could not ask her anything because she answered you super badly they ran
