E & R Laundry & Dry Cleaners

My daughter has used this service for three years and it has been great. The whole system is very easy to use for her and saves her a lot of time. Machines where she was were not that great so not only time but her clothes were able to stay in top shape. Customer service is very responsive and very helpful / flexible. Highly recommend for anyone who has really busy students.

this company will try its best not to pay for your damaged laundry clothes with lies and excuses. Most likely, you won’t get anything back if they lose it.

I am on year two of paying for this service for my college-age son. He is so thankful and reminds me during every visit and break that he appreciates the service - it gives him hours of his life back for studies and exercise. He feels that E&R is careful with his clothes and that dropoff and pickup (outside his dining hall) is easy.

My daughter absolutely loved this service at Yale. SO convenient and they never made a mistake.

Generally good. Clothes are returned most of the time clean and handled well. May lose a piece of clothing once in a blue moon, so don’t trust them with your favorite pieces of clothing, but generally good nontheless.

Unable to do laundry at the local laundromat because this business is doing 100+ loads at once. Ridiculous. This laundromat is for the community use, not corporations. If you're paying this company to launder your clothes, they're doing it at the local place and charging you insane prices. Don't hire.

This is a must for a child at boarding school. They do a great job, and takes so much stress off the student!!! LOVE THIS SERVICE! Worth every penny!

At such a high price, I really expected E&R laundry to be an excellent service. Unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed. They have lost multiple socks, damaged my jeans (with bleach??? idk), and given such a confusing time schedule. Moreover, they randomly cancel their service for 2 weeks without minimum prior notice, leaving me with dirty laundry. If I knew what I know now, I would have never signed up for this service. At this point, I'd rather just clean my own clothes in the shower or something. It's insane.

As a student who has used their "service" for the last school year, I can assert that this company is not worth the money, nor the headaches. The service itself is poor quality, as clothes seem barely any cleaner than how you sen them in, and it only gets worse. They would have week long or longer gaps in coverage without much warning, leaving students and residential services scrambling, they would charge you 35$ or more for breaking "policies" that were often hidden or hard to find, and they changed rules for dropping off and picking up to add additional ways to charge fees. If you have any choice in the matter, do not use this company, and if you are a college looking for a laundry service for your students, please do not subject your students to the inconvenience, cost, and frustration of having to deal with E&R.

Campus Delivery has made such a difference in my son’s college experience. He has more time to dedicate to studies and he has been on the Dean’s list two consecutive semesters!

TERRIBLE. Lost all my laundry, a bunch of my clothes (around eighty dollars worth) went missing, and they did nothing to help me. Worst business I ever experienced— you would deifnitely be better off elsewhere. Also would include random fees— they have no interest in customer service, only taking as much money from you as possible.

The worst. I have had 6 pairs of leggings stolen within the past few months. Every time I would put leggings into the laundry... gone. Same for my towels. Shirts? Ruined. Jeans? BLEACH STAINS. Socks? What socks? Haven't seen them for months! Their dry cleaning service also sucks. Do not ever ever recommend.

Customer Service from Amber was great. She fixed a problem that wasn't her fault, apologized for the error and ensured it wouldn't happen again. Remember that a quick apology, a professional attitude, and a customer-service approach will always get you a good review....

They were very thoughtful and responsive when there were issues with delivery or when they kept a garment that didn't pass initial inspection for quality. The customer service has been a positive experience.

Horrible service. Totally unreliable. Avoid at all costs. Almost every week they would shrink or stretch items of clothing. Or clothing would come back stained. I was never compensated for any damages. I opted for their service because of the dry cleaning but they were completely incapable. Expensive items were ruined.
