Watford Express Laundry Center

Due to machines being out of order or used at the moment I washed 2 loads of laundry in 3 washers, 2 of the 3 did not drain, they were completely soaked after the load was finished. Had to move them to other washers and wash again, loaded each one in a new washer, put the soap in, and neither would take the quarters, so had to take them out again and find other washers. Put $3 (half of the amount for a 40lb washer) in to make sure it took quarters on the new washer and then loaded it added soap shut it and all the money I put in didn't count towards the wash and it wouldn't give it back to me. I usually do two 40lb loads at a time for a total of $14.50 after washing and drying. This trip cost me over $30 for their crap equipment, I had to get more quarters to dry after the washers ($30 was not enough)... over double what I usually spend. Tried to call their number to talk to them about refunding me $10 for the 2 loads that wouldn't drain and the $3 the last machine ate and the number doesn't go through anywhere.

I just love that thos place is open 24/7 and has GINORMOUS washers! Makes blanket wash day quick n painless!

Pricey but Everything WORKS , darn good , washers are quick & the dryer's are are Possibly even faster than . Convenient , Clean & Quick !

Machines are janky. I've only been here twice, but the first time I had to load 3 different washers to find one that would work, this time I've had three dryers eating money! Two others are marked out of order.

I brought my laundry to awatford Express Laundry this morning. Today might have been the worst laundry experience I've ever had. I pulled up to the building, and the "Open" sign in the window was lit and the doors were unlocked. Clearly it was open. I grabbed my laundry and went inside. I loaded my laundry and put the soap in the machine. However, once I began to put the quarters in, I found that the machine was locked. There were metal barrier bars blocking me from putting quarters in the machines. I found a machine that didn't have a bar in the quarter slot to see if it would accept payment and then work for me. Alas, the machine just ate my quarter. I was very frustrated. I had to put all my laundry back into my laundry bag and haul it back out to the car. I should also say that there is a machine there that has a lot of soap in it because I put soap in it before I found out I couldn't use the machine, so if your laundry gets very soapy, you know you how it happened. In the past, I have had good experiences at Watford Express and also not so good ones, but this one is the one that was the final straw. I'll not return until I see some changes. Start by placing the hours of operation somewhere so people can see it. Good luck going forward!

Marybeth and the other people that work here are the sweetest. Your missing out if you do not take the time to get to know these people. Very clean place. Big and roomy. I would highly recommend this place. The ladies and the gentlemen that work here are super kind very friendly and helpful. They are nice enough to load all my laundry in a little cart and load it for me. Like I said super sweet. When I get my laundry back it is clean nicely folded.

Most of the machines are always broken. Does not rinse your clothes enough. The prices are high, but the dryers work great.

They were cleaning the floors so they gave me a discount for all the noise and everything being moved around. They had great customer service skills

Gotta tell ya.......it's my go to place for my laundry. I do most everything at night because of my dog Loki, so on the weekend we go anywhere from midnight to 5 a.m., after I get the laundry going we go for a quick walk around the building then back inside and I'll put one of his blankets on a folding table and he'll get up and go back to sleep. The place is clean and quiet.
