I’ve been coming to this laundromat since it first opened and have always appreciated the convenience. However, I had a disappointing experience recently. I accidentally left a load in the washer and returned at 9:53 PM to dry it. An older Hispanic male employee told me I couldn’t, even though the laundromat doesn’t close until 11 PM and there was still time to dry. I understand the last wash is at 9 PM, but I wasn’t trying to start a new load — just dry what was already washed. The way the situation was handled felt unkind and unaccommodating, especially for a regular customer. I hope management considers reviewing their customer service approach and clarifying their policies.

Was clean inside but I went to this laundromat due to hours and staff kicked me out 15 minutes early so he could leave. Arguing with me that I still had clothes in dryer and so I would not be done. My clothes had 5 more minutes. So after spending $30 or more dollars I had to throw my clothes unfolded, some not full dry in baskets instead of being able to fold my clothes. Otherwise everything else was fine. Just not sure why we are going to have hours stayed and not follow it

Very clean, well lit, and all modern washers and dryers. Lots of room and folding tables. They have various size washers and dryers and lots of them. Pleasant plastic to do your laundry.

I’ve never had problems here besides there being no AC in the summer. But tonight definitely changed my mind. I got in at 9:20pm, last load in is at 9:30. By the time my clothes finished washing and drying it was 10:50pm. Some of my clothes were still damp so I put 2 more quarters (12minutes) so they can finish drying while I folded the rest of my clothes. The attendant was walking by me and said “just so you know we close at 11”. I said “I know, I’m just folding my clothes up now. Then he said “so what time am I supposed to leave then? You just started your machine again.. (12minutes)” and I said “I’m just going to fold my clothes” and he started walking towards me again saying “excuse me? What did you say?” So I repeated myself and that’s when he said “no, 11 you’re leaving no matter what, I’m calling my boss”. I’m guessing that he did call his boss and he/she told him that he has to wait for the last person to leave because he didn’t bother me after that but he stood close by just staring at me while I folded my clothes. As I was heading out the door I said “happy holidays” and he proceeded by saying what I take as a threat, “I’ll remember you for next time”. And from a few other reviews I’ve read it has to be the same guy that gives everyone problems. The older Hispanic man with glasses. He had no problem letting someone in after 9:30pm though.

So I just got off the phone with the most ignorant man! I merely asked if they had triple load washers and he says… we have small, medium and large washers. So I said ok is the large washers big enough to put 3 loads of wash in? He proceeded to say I don’t know… and said something about 80 lbs of clothes. I then said that’s a lot of clothes huh? He says I don’t know and tells me I’m asking stupid questions. I will never ever use this laundry mat!! I wish there was a way to give zero stars!! Way to go Tiny Bubbles!!! Great service..NOT!!

If you are here past last wash you can watch how thoroughly the washers are cleaned and might be able to even see how thorough the dryers are cleaned. The prices are great and the variety of washers is amazing. Tiny delicate load and XXLarge washer for everything else. Most of the staff are super nice if you need something. Overall the best laundromat is this area. Keep it up!!

Ever since this location opened I never had an issue expected this one time where one of the washers didn’t extract well my clothes. The young gentleman with glasses apologized and offered me extra money since it was going to take longer to dry. This moment happened once again once I brung it to the older man attention Hispanic he said it was normal for their machine to not extract water that well and that it was fine. I had another Hispanic lady said that my clothes still look wet, when she said that to me the older attendant came up to me saying he doesn’t understand why I was causing trouble about this, I wish I could’ve spoke to a manager or owner of this place, but had no other option than to leave this review and make sure no one uses machine ‘R’ when they come to this location

So much for open until 11pm and last wash at 9:30. I walked in just after 9:20 and was turned away. I only had a single small load which shouldn't have taken even a full hour. I understand I was cutting it close but I would have been finished well before closing time. I know several laundromats that would have taken the business had I walked in 10 mins befor last wash. The place looked and smelled clean but I don't think I'll go back.

Idk the ignorant old black guys name who works here but I came in with my boyfriend and he sees me wearing a mask and points to me and out loud says “ so you’re sick and you came to the laundromat to get everyone else sick?!” … umm.. and no I didn’t find it funny if that was suppose to be a joke .. because I AM sick and wearing a STUPID mask for the safety of others.. ( I never had to do that but I’m considerate of others health) are you actually that uneducated and disrespectful? Absolutely pissed me off like nobody asked for his two ignorant cents. Keep that idiocracy to yourself yeah ? But if I wasn’t doing the RIGHT thing by wearing a mask dude wouldn’t have even known I’m sick; idiocracy I woulda just been silently infecting everyone. And He Decided to try and “out me” in front of the people in the laundromat for jokes ? lol. Cool. Karma sweetie! Disgusting behavior like just do your job and tend to the laundry bro.

Never hot water! If I'm paying and want to use hot water then that's what I should have. Also it's hot in there. It was 80 out today and the air was on low. Also how about sweep and mop the floors more then once it's dirty hair all over floors. The tables are good for folding as they don't have a back so your clean clothes fall on floor. Dryers suck as you have to put 9 quarters in for 45 minutes or they get cold..

Great place, big machines, great price, everything is beautifully clean unlike other local laundromats. I’ve met a male and a female worker while there, So personable and friendly. They like to clean and wipe out the machines before the next person uses them, which I appreciate.

Brand New clean place. Massive amount of space. Has everything u need on site, even has a old school vending machine with dollar soap n other laundry needs. They also have bigger size stuff behind counter for sale. Very nice atmosphere, machines clean & easy to use.

While the place is usually clean and has openings.... these people need to turn their Air Conditioning on. It is a damn sauna in there a lot of time during the summer.

This is the best laundromat around, without a doubt. The inside and parking lot is always clean. The staff is pleasant.

Today was my 1st time here I was amazed how clean everything was machines floors tables They have Ac (could be a little bit cooler with the humidity ), several TV’s & …

They didn’t let my servant dog inside is the worst laundromat ever been on if you got a servant dog don’t come here
