Speedy Wash n Go

I have come to NH every Summer and always liked going to this place weekly. Things are different this year. Every week there’s another washer out of order in addition to several that have been out of order for some time. This week I decided I had enough. I found a great place in Concord that was pristine and had all new equipment plus a separate room for folding and relaxing. Bonus was a restroom on premises which Alton does not have. It’s a longer drive but worth the hassle free experience. Best part of Alton is the very pleasant lady who works hard there. So sad the owner doesn’t take pride in the place.

Not well kept, the machines smell of musty smell, card readers don't work half the time, today the faulty machine adding quarters failed to count money, $4 wash just cost me $7. The facility is ghetto

Everytime I come here , machines are not working, leaking, it won't take a debit card. It reads system error. Constant. What a shame.

I like coming here more then anywhere else because it is a nice place and close to home. But oh man...it needs some care with these machines working properly. Half the time the card readers don't work and there's always a dryer or washer that's out of order. One of them has had a sticky note on it that says "No hot water" for months. Today I was having issues with the card reader once again and thought "Okay, I'll make change for quarters." Nope! That's not working either. The owner may wanna roll some more into the business. When everything's working, it's a nice place to do your laundry.

Had a lot of laundry. Took everything. I had 7 giant loads, at $7.50 a washload, but everything was clean. Then, drying, folding, getting them loaded back up & home to put away was all day job. Caught everything up in 1 day, though. Worth it!

Washer and dryer use is over priced. The place is clean and most of the machines work. Worst part is the sign that tells you to loiter at someone else’s place of business to use the restroom because they don’t want to maintain their restroom for the customers who spend a ton of money and time at their facility.

Very poor customer service. Got our laundry locked inside when they closed at 9 with automatic doors. When we called the number to get our clothes, they were not helpful and very rude over the phone. They hung up on us. They then told us they would have an employee move our stuff in the morning, and they did not follow through. Not going back.

Very busy, hard to get a machine, many machines are out of order. Air conditioning is minimal. Credit card readers continually glitch. Overall, a hot, expensive, frustrating experience.

Way too expensive. $7 for the largest load! Don’t expect to get snuggle dryer sheets when you run out and have to use the machine, you’ll get bounce, which my skin is allergic to. Oh, and the snack I got out of the snack machine was expired.

One washer was leaking out onto the floor by the side door and several big washers were out of order as were some big dryers, but very clean and the change machine worked.
