The Laundromat

I use this laundromat often. For the most part there are no problems. But today the largest washer took my money. It costs $9 to use this one. After the money was inserted it read error but didn't return the money. I had to spend extra money to actually wash. There are no numbers posted to contact for this. Also the sign says free wifi but there is no password posted.

Edit: Three days later and only after writing this review I was contacted by Kathy and she sent $10 through cashapp. So I was finally reimbursed AFTER the review. If I could give them negative stars I would. We put $9.00 in a machine that quit working after we put our money in. The gentleman that was working said three people the night before had a problem with this same machine #20. Yet no sign was put on on the machine that it was not working. He texted someone and then said that maybe they would get back with us in regards to reimbursement. The following day I found the number online and called, spoke with someone named Karen. She asked which laundromat, they apparently own 4, and said they would call me back in the morning when the owner was due in. No phone call, no reimbursement, this business appears to be in the business of stealing money from its customers. Stay far far away.
