Quick As A Wink Dry Cleaners

Cleaners ruined two sweaters and new pair of Levi’s black jeans. Took a pair of black Levi jeans to be dry cleaned and they machine washed and faded them. They were faded so bad had white streaks going down the legs. The owner left me his number to call him and when I did he stated the counter worker told him that I did not tell them to dry clean my jeans and that they were going to fade over time. I told him I know that’s why I have them dry cleaned to preserve the color as long as possible. However the jeans were brand new never been washed. I told the lady behind the counter that I would not bring my clothes to the dry cleaners to get them washed. I could tell by the set up that I was going to be at a loss. At any rate jeans don’t fade as bad as these are from just one single wash. I wish I could pot a picture of them. I advise to take your clothes somewhere else.

The owner didn't want to dry clean my suit because my cell phone number is from out of state. I've lived there for 10 years and wasn't welcomed because of a cell phone number. The lady who was behind the counter when I picked up my suit was very nice. But after dealing with the owner, I won't come back.

I have never posted a review in my entire life, but as a public service, I encourage you to keep driving and don’t stop here. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give them.

Drop off my furr blanket that cost $300+ and came back 3 days later. When I arrived I was told it will be done tomorrow but was originally told to come back in 2 days. Coming a day late I figure would give them enough time to get it done. After explaining what I brought in they went to the back and found it. They brought it out to me and it was completely destroyed. My furr was no longer long, silky, or smooth. It was short, knotted up, and burnt. They offer to re clean it to see if it will go back to normal. I will edit post when I go see it again. EDIT: After we discuss the issue, we came to a conclusion. I would like to say that the management is very nice and although there was a language barrier, easy to work with. He wants the best for his customers and highly recommend him to anyone. Will take my business back to him. That's something you don't hear everyday coming from a customer who had something destroyed before. Like I said, I highly recommend him to everyone.

Took in 2 jackets to have the zippers repaired (dropped off 2/14). One of them was an expensive reversible rain coat. I brought in the piece that came off (the thing that you pull up and down had come off) and asked them to put it back on. I come back to pick them up and find that they completely replaced the zipper on my jacket and it is no longer reversible. They told me they would fix it and put the right kind of zipper on it. Went to pick it up today (2/24) and it's still not right. I had to order the right kind of zipper for it so that they could fix it. It's not my job or responsibility to provide the parts for the job. I paid $70 for them to fix my jackets only to have one of them screwed up. After I get my jacket back I will not be back. Don't bother going there for any kind of repairs. UPDATE (2/28): I got my jacket back today. Its been fixed (only because I gave them the right kind of zipper) but I still won't be going back there for any kind of dry cleaning or repairs. I will find one that can do the job right the first time.

Good work, Manager is good & pressing & cleaning is nice. I would highly recommend to bring your clothes to them.

This place lost my item over a month ago. They have done nothing to make it right. The items I did get return to me were wrinkled. Avoid this place.
